Bathrooms are always disgusting. Dirtier every time I’ve stopped in to use the restroom, which tells me that no one bothers to clean the restrooms thoroughly. Have to wonder what the hygiene in the kitchen is like

Their gas pump interfaces appear to have come from the 1980s and had chip card and contact card readers bolted onto them and barely work. Had to try two different pumps just to get their clunky old falling-apart equipment to read my card and give me gas.

I placed an order online and went to the store 20 minutes later. I literally waited an hour for my order and the guy working still got it wrong after changing his gloves maybe 20 times during the hour wait. I politely moved out of the way for the guy mopping the floor as he was getting too close for comfort near the barstools thinking my order would be ready any minute… I still waited another 20 minutes after that. I was supposed to get a classic chicken bowl and he put spicy chicken. I won’t come back. It’s not worth it.

Stop in today on my way to the emergency room with my daughter. Met Gaile and Paulette, whose customer service was AMAZING! I had two of my kids with me, and often times it can be stressful taking them into a gas station. Gaile especially never once made me feel like I was an inconvience. Gaile and Paulette were both kind, and even when Paulette got yelled out by a customer, both of them carried on with such grace! It was inspiriring!! My 4 year old claims he made 2 new friends, and I will make sure to stop at this Royal Farm whenever I’m in the area!!!

The few times I have been here I notice that some pumps don't work and they seem to take a while to turn on. Feels like they need to update the pumps as they are worn, broken, slow and dingy.

This place is an environmental hazard. It is by far the most disgusting place I've been in a while. First, there was gas all over the ground by the pumps. Like, in puddles. Second, the air inside the store smelled like burning motor oil. Third, the floors are so filthy and greasy that it's almost like walking on ice. Fourth, the bathroom was atrocious. Trash everywhere. Stains on the wall. Floors were so dirty that I considered not going in. I only used the facilities because it was an emergency. I WILL NEVER go here again. Please fix this before it becomes a fire ball.
