Big red Flag. Do not use this company, I had paid for a service for a couple of years in the begining it was fine and last year I renewed and know they are on the run with your money. None of the phone numbers work and the 855 is a scam number so I found out . please if you used them file a complaint with BBB so we can get a class action lawsuit against them if possible

If I could give them less than one star I would. They are scammers, made the computer worse. Check BBB there are many results of complaints against Risezone. STAY CLEAR, PROTECT YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.
