The lady was horrible, complaining how she didn't have time to eat breakfast so now she's cranky with me, stabbing my arm. She didn't understand how to read my labs and kept sighing like it was such a drain on her time. Next....What is the point of scanning all my information in the kiosk if the technician is going to ask for it again? I have a lab card which means a $0 fee. She was like, "this is going to be a huge bill, your insurance isn't covered, and you better pay it before you leave today!" This is a morning appointment, no one wants to start their day like this. She was rude, aggressive and dismissive. I will not return to this location.

I have used this location for the past couple of years. Appointments run pretty timely; earlier seems to be better. Phlebotomists have been excellent. The only downsides to this location are 1) the parking lot can be pretty full, and 2) it is on the second floor and down the hall. Signage is good, though. Turn right out of the elevator and turn left at the hall.

This lab isn’t reliable, they gave the wrong test result due to which I had to get my CT scan done, then my obgyn suspected something wrong and ordered a re-test and turned out all the levels I had in the test done before were wrong. And when she did the test again all levels came back normalI hate this lab and it should be sued !

dont even bother going here without an appointment after 10 am. severely understaffed, does not show the list of appointments that have been set up, you could be waiting hours if you’re a walk-in

I wish there is negative marking. They deserve on minus scale. They don’t value their customers. They don’t care about people waiting for almost 2 hours leaving their work and kids behind just because it is very important for them to get the blood work done. Worst place ever and no body tops them. Ridiculous staff and ignorant behavior. No front desk to talk to and no staff available who can answer the question of a patient. They shouldHave disclaimer in their website that no walk ins are acceptable instead of making sick patient sit for 2 hours!! Forget about customer service, these ppl and service provider are very bad, I wonder if they are human. Worst place to be!!!! Please be aware if you are walk-in in. This is not the place you want to be and get frustrated.

I was told to do a walk-in for my test and that I cannot do online scheduling. I arrived at 8:30am and they told me the next available slot is at 2:30pm (that I need to go and come back in 6 hours).

0 star will be perfect though.Extremely rude staff. Did not answer questions in a polite way. The individual (african american with short blonde dyed hair) was bitching about doctors not sharing all the information and asking patients to get the tests done, in response to my asking about what sputum test meant, she further was ranting that they make big bucks for nothing. Later, I said, can I have the order paper back which included a list of tests that had to be conducted, and to that she said, let me do my job, she further added that "we are not supposed to give the paper back". At that point, I requested if I can take a picture of the order paper, and she was like - you should have done it before you came to our office. By then I had lost my patience, told her that I do not wish to get the tests done in this location and asked her to give me my order back. Please do not go to this location and have yourself insulted.

Two rude people refused to help me because the Kiosk was not working. It’s insane that a company like quest would not have people to help people. I’m so exhausted from the apathy. Same thing on the phone, cyclic phone maze, endless hold. Just pathetic

I went to Quest Diagnostics - Ashburn, VA this Friday to get a blood test done. I walked in at around 1:45pm without an appointment, not expecting to be seen immediately but hoping to be seen before closing. I asked the front desk lady if she knew how long I would be waiting, and in a disrespectful tone was told to sit down and wait. I repeated my question in case she didn't hear me correctly, she had 2 ear buds in, and was told again in a disrespectful tone that she did not know and to sit down and wait. 10 minutes later, I was asked from across the room "how can I help you?" and I misunderstood thinking it was related to my earlier question. I asked how long I'd be waiting since I didn't think I'd be taken in so soon and the same lady made fun of my English for not understanding "such a simple question", her words. This was already an unacceptable level of disrespect to a patient but it got worse because she then began recounting it to someone on the phone, hence the ear buds... Saying that I had an attitude and expected to be seen immediately. I will admit that I briefly had an attitude when my initial question was completely disregarded. After my paperwork was processed, I found out that the lady who was clearly not happy with me would be the one drawing my blood! I was very uncomfortable with the fact that I may be hurt because of a simple misunderstanding. Luckily the blood draw went fine but the whole experience has made me not want to go back to this specific Quest Diagnostics.Reading the other reviews it seems like this lady is a problem and I have lodged a formal complaint with Quest Diagnostics regarding her behavior.

My sick grandma and I got there at 3pm and it says on their door and everywhere that they close at 3:30. The African American lady immediately closed the door on us and very rudly sent us away and wouldn’t let my grandmother in to do her lab work. Because of the laziness and lack of morals of this lady who closed the lab 30 minutes sooner for no obvious reason my grandmother was not able to perform her lab test and ended up in the emergency care.This staff member should be held accountable for causing distress and suffering to elderly patients.

Lady at the front desk is a simply rude. I watched her give an elderly customer a hard time. Glad I didn’t have to interact with her.

It is easy to make an appointment online.I usually make appointments weeks before since I have to have regular labs.The problem with this location is that even when you come on time, you can't check in until 10 minutes before the appointment. Once you check in, there are people without appointments and later appointments already checked-in. Even if you are shown 1st on the list in the monitor, they keep calling patients in the order that the staff decides.I have to be fasting to do my labs, and it is not fair to make me wait when I had an appointment and showed up on time.

I made an appointment online. However, when I showed up the check in kiosk had issues so I couldn’t check in and after standing there with no one at the front for 15 min a lady comes and says well it says I am late (I was standing there for 15 min) so she refused my appointment and I had to go to another location. Don’t normally post reviews but the lady and service was so awful I want to warn anyone about this location to please find another one. IT IS TERRIBLE!

Walked in during lunch there was no line so got my tests done in less than 10 min of waiting your experience may differ. Sophia was great.

There's an old lady that works there very rude acting like she can degrade a person news flash if it was not patient like us you would not have a paycheck if for the doctor that hired these worker's you're the problem treat your customers right it's us that gets you pay when we come to y'all company can always go somewhere else if they are going to deal with a person like that get on your employees doctors!!!!!
