Mary and Ann have both taken such great care of me! They are both so sweet and always making sure your nails are just the way you would like them to be! I love coming here. They always offer snack and drinks! They always make sure you’re comfortable! 10/10 recommend

This was my first time trying Platinum Nails and I will definitely be back! The online booking was so convenient, and it’s hard to find salons with weekday openings as early as 9 AM. Holly was so friendly and really took her time to make my feet feel and look amazing with the deluxe pedicure. The atmosphere is nice with calming music and tvs. The cheese and crackers and beverage were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience with Christine! I went in for a gel french pedicure and she was very gentle and thorough. Love how my toes turned out and would highly recommend her!

I don’t recommend this place. First of all I came here 3 times in a role and today is my last time. I had an appointment but when I get there the ignored me and told me that they cannot see my appointment. They went ahead and started my service. The lady was so rough and was arguing with me. The work was mess up and all my foot is burning right now. It was so awful that I had to leave and tell them I don’t want to continue again. So they charged for full service even though I didn’t finish and I left

After been coming here for more than 3 years & introducing all my friends and family to your place I was burnt, cut, mistreated at this nail salon. I was the only one not offered the complimentary drink and snack. The technician was in such a hurry that burnt all my nails. After getting home, I contacted the store manager to discuss this and she refused to talk to me. Very disappointed! Won’t be going back and will make sure to let everyone know about this terrible experience so no one has to suffer and go through what I went through today!

I love coming to Platinum nail. Place is clean and nice. Techs are nice. Holly is my girl that does my nails. She is kind and very nice. It’s so hard to find a good nail tech especially in this area and finding Holly has truly been amazing.

Finally getting around to a review - I have been going to Platinum nails for about a year, and Amy is the nail tech I recommend. We worked on several different iterations of wedding day nails, and we finally landed on these! Amy is a careful tech who makes sure that you are comfortable, and she is also efficient, not taking too long, but quality work. I also had my sister and husband go to the salon for pedicures, and they loved it!!
The nail techs are considerate and good at what they do. Also, it doesn’t hurt that the manicure tables have iPads to watch Netflix while you’re getting your nails done. Big fan.
