I'm here now. 8:05pm. They literally have a guy mopping the whole length of the floor next to the treadmills. People are walking through soapy water and tracking it onto treadmills. Wait till someone falls. Gonna be a massive lawsuit. Unreal.

Joining Fitness Center was the best thing I did for my health maintenance. In particular I like Planet Fitness-Ashburn for its friendly staff and clean well-maintained facilities.

Pretty solid gym that is good for the general population. If you're a gym rat though, they don't have a lot of stations so you may spend a lot of time waiting. I do wish they have a squat rack, ski erg, standing leg press and paired kettlebells, but everything else is good! Just have to use alternative equipment or do alternative exercises! No biggie. The gym is fairly clean, and the staff are pretty good about replenishing paper towels to wipe down equipment before and after use. I haven't used the showers at this location yet, but there's a handful of them in there if you need them. They have hydromassage chairs and a couple regular massage chairs that have been useful to me a couple times after a workout. The staff are always friendly and greet you when you walk in or are walking out. They are also helpful when you have questions. I had a couple questions about bringing a guest in. They were patient when it was time to bring my guest in, and I had no idea how the process goes. Overall, pretty solid gym. I will continue to use it because of reasonable price and what I really need it for.

A very clean place the receptionists are very friendly and have all the necessary equipment very happy to be a member of planet fitness.

This gym has clear favorites. The general manager named Daniel is extremely disrespectful and demeaning. Customer service sucks. There’s another employee named Ethan who is extremely disrespectful as well, he has an attitude and cusses a lot. This facility really needs a change in staff especially the manager, that dude named Ethan as well needs to be trained or fired!!! There is also another employee who is extremely rude. She is always sitting near the desk with white hair in the evenings. This is very upsetting and bad choice in staff. Not expected from a renowned brand like planet fitness.

I have been going to this gym for a year. Ive met some really nice people. This is supposed to be a NO JUDGEMENT zone but the staff did just that judges. A friend of mine was put out for jumping rope and expressing herself how she was the only person who was addressed about it when other people jump rope as well. Then the manager called her on the phone and canceled her membership all because she expressed her opinion. Planet Fitness needs to do right by her and reinstate her membership. Please and Thank you. This is discrimination and I'm not sure how I go about some assistance in this matter.

We can’t seem to get the men’s bathroom fixed after 2 months of malfunctioning urinals.
Now, the bathroom“floor” is a hazard.
Employees state it’s out of their hands… and they’re waiting on a 3rd party company to come and fix the problem. The GM is aware.
Who is the Ashburn PF General Manager???
