Salon Mike Salhani: I have been looking for a hair stylist for myself and for my 4 year old for quite a long time now in DC Metro area, and it has been always a hit and miss for both of us. I was referred to Mike thru a friend and that was it after the first time we cut our hair at his salon, we have been coming back ever since. Mike takes his time with both of us, asks us how we want it cut ( I of course speak for my toddler otherwise he would ask for the t rex hair style) and Mike would transfer our words into a hair style that is better than what asked for. Try him once and you will thank me, because you will keep coming back and no wait time for your appointment, just saying.

All I have to say is that they do not care about their customers. I had gotten my hair done here 3 times prior to the last visit I scheduled. I couldn’t show up to that last visit because I live 3 hours away , I had an emergency and my phone had broken at the time I had no way of communicating but I guess that seem like it could never happen to anybody. She proceeded to tell me that she didn’t care about what I had going on that she was gonna have to charge me a fee for not cancelling and on top of that they charge 100 for the hour to get hair dyed. But I didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me as if I didn’t matter as a customer even tho I had never cancel any other appointment. You guys need to be more understanding of your customer if they have an emergency and not be so rude about it. Stuff happens

Mike from Suite 141 is not only a great hairstylist but also a very good barber. He did my hair and beard and gave me one of the best fades ever!Highly recommend!

Didnt get a good vibe from this place...especially you are of south Asian descent...it was my first visit to such place and the way they all responded to my question of if they are available for haircut...you know you are not welcome there and with face...why are you asking me a question face...

For my first time at this salon, I have got to say I am very impressed. Tahera did my hair and she was super friendly, helpful, a good listener, and amazing, professional stylist. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and easy going. You get your own room away from everyone else which during COVID-19 was relieving to me, and more personal too. There prices are decent (not too much, but just right and fair), products are nice, and time in and out of there is on point. I spent 2 hours total there, and since I have curly hair I chose to purchase the Big Sexy brand shampoo and conditioner. So far so good! Highly recommend 10/10!!!

I highly recommend Grace Choi, suite #113, she is Board certified master colorist and stylist. She keeps an extremely sanitized suite and follow all COVID protocol strictly. Her prices are fair and she is a sweetheart. Not too chatty, allows you to relax. When processing, she steps out of the suite and returns promptly after the set time. Been seeing Grace for 8 years. She is innovative with color and styles.

DO NOT GO TO SEEMA DUBEY! She did my sisters hair and charged her $190 and did not do it how she asked for. It looks completely different from the picture and Seema was very rude after when asked if she can fix it or refund. She ignored my sisters text messages and phone calls and told her “i gave you what you wanted. go away. it is not possible to fix” over and over and being rude and then stopped responding. So unprofessional and we tried speaking to a manager or someone in charge but no one would do anything about it. Terrible experience. Do not trust Seema. She will steal your money, ruin your hair and not care about it.

I went to the salon to get my hair done by “Seema Dubey” and she charged me $190 and it did not come out at all how i asked her for and she does not want to fix it or refund me. She keeps leaving me on read and ignoring my calls and telling me “it is not possible, that i got what i wanted, to go away” and it is completely unprofessional. She keeps saying that I asked her to remove 2 foils on my head and the only foils i asked her to remove were way too high on my head but the rest of the bottom hair is not how it should look. She keeps ignoring me and it’s not fair. I’m not sure what else to do she does not want to cooperate and is being very rude. Her name is Seema Dubey.

My wife and I went to Lavish Hair in suite 103 because we were given a gift certificate purchased from Groupon. Areibia is a knowledgeable stylist and did a great job with our hair! My highlights are subtle and my wife’s hair has never been so soft, not to mention that her cut is gorgeous! The girls were friendly and the atmosphere upbeat. The salon is a bit small but Areibia acknowledged that and indicated they are hoping to find a larger space in the future. We will for sure go back!

My family has our hair cut by Tahera. We have been going to her for about 25 years. She is fantastic!!!!! We love her!!!!!
