This groomer was able to work with me to get my dog in and cut, bathed, and nail trim. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. The groomer was amazing. Very friendly staff and great great work. This is only the second time I've ever written a review but I felt like this place went above and beyond in order to make a customer happy.

I reached out to several pet walking/sitting businesses in the area and felt the most comfortable with woofies. From the moment I submit the online inquiry, they were extremely responsive, fast, and most importantly, squared away! During our phone call they asked and answered important questions, and their in-house visit prior to having their walkers visit made me feel like they really cared about the pets and walkers safety. I feel like this went above and beyond a random dog walker. They also went ahead and assigned a more senior walker to my pets since I have three very large dogs. I appreciated that as well
When it comes to the actual walker, they were prompt, left a great report card, and took photos of my dogs. I feel like my dogs are safe, my home is safe, and that everything is properly taken care of and managed. I’ve already needed to place some last minute walk requests and woofies has come through every time!
Thank you woofies!! I am so glad I went with this company in the area. 11/10 recommend!

A Dog's Day Out
44642 Guilford Dr, AshburnMy Ella absolutely adores going to ADDO. When she realizes we're headed there, she gets so excited and starts whining, wanting out of the car. When I drop her off she just runs right in, without even glancing in my direction. I can tell she feels safe and happy there. The staff is wonderful, they treat my pup as if she was part of their own family. They know her so well, and they always take the time to tell me about her antics at pick up. I wouldn't take her to any other doggie day care. ADDO is the best ❤️
I can't leave a review without mentioning how happy and well taken care of my German Shepherd, Scout, was at ADDO, too. We lost Scout to cancer last year, and we were devastated. The staff showed us such kindness, they still love and remember and share their memories of her, that means a lot. ?

20630 Ashburn Rd #189, AshburnMy cat Dolly had a cold that quickly grew into something more sinister - one morning, she was struggling to breathe and had bloody mucus coming out of her nose. Like any other grown up adult, I had a full on meltdown and called her normal vet sobbing because I was terrified she was dying.
Now I have a full on care plan with a local office (rhymes with Wanfield), and you’d think that paying a monthly fee for ongoing care of your precious baby angel would mean that…you get ongoing care for your precious baby angel. But, they were fully booked for the next few days - could I bring her in later that week? (Surely they misunderstood me. You see, she was struggling to breathe. This was an emergency…right?) But I was not confused - in fact, there are no appts for emergencies available. Ever. (Lesson learned lol)
So I called a few other local pet ERs and they were all on a several hour wait. (Remember, my cat can’t breathe. She is bleeding.)
Thank the dear Lord in heaven that I remembered this place opened up nearby. They took her immediately, and the entire staff was so kind and caring. (And very generously ignored the fact I had been crying for hours and looked like a swollen mess) They quickly figured out what was going on, got her on oxygen, and were so sweet and gentle with her that it totally erased all of my fears. They even gave her an hour or so in an oxygen tank free of charge while we waited for the test results.
The other thing I appreciated so much was the kindness about what treatments may or may not work. The hard thing about being a pet owner is having to essentially put a price on your animal’s life. Is it worth spending a few thousand dollars on something that may not even work? I really was so touched by the honesty and understanding the Doctor showed in weighing the options, and the way he gave his own opinions as a pet lover versus a vet.
Dolly is still recovering from her bout of pneumonia- but hopefully she gets better soon!

I love the huge outdoor patio, which has some tents and heaters for when it's cool outside. I've tried several of their seasonal specials and most have been very good. I love that they are one of the few shops that also offer soy milk as a dairy-free alternative. Their pastries seem fresh and sandwiches are also tasty.
