We worked with Kerry Shannon from this office and she is truly a top-notch realtor! After my wife and I retired from the Air Force, we set out to find the perfect place for us to settle in. Our home search had been ongoing for about 2 years because we had some very specific things in mind. That search finally came to an end when we were connected with Kerry via Redfin. She reached out promptly and we were viewing homes that same week! She was very attentive, detailed, polite, caring, professional, and honest!! We always felt like she was fighting to get us exactly what we wanted and in the end, that’s exactly what she did! Kerry went well above and far beyond our expectations in helping us to find our little slice of heaven. She turned out to be more than just a great realtor, we felt like we also gained a friend. I would gladly recommend her to my children when it’s time for them to find homes of their own! Thank you, Kerry!!Justin and Jennifer Archer

Looking for a rental make sure to read the Exclusive Agreement they send over. Read how the broker will get paid and how much and how long the agreement will be in place. Like anything, what you say vs what is memorialized are two different things. I ended up using militarybyowner to work directly w the landlord or homeowner for a lease cutting out the middleman

Leigh-Anne Vaughn is our Realtor of choice. Her knowledge professionalism, communication and advice has been nothing less than spectacular. She definitely takes care of you from start to finish and beyond! She helped us sell our home in Clifton, VA and helped us to purchase a new home in another state by connecting with a local realtor. Her network and referral skills are extremely valuable. Cannot say enough about her and have recommended her to our friends and family! Thank you Leigh-Ann and Pearson Smith Realty!

We had an amazing experience with our realtor Kalyan Karki when my family bought a house, We got very smooth and easy transaction while purchasing our new home in USA. There are many realtors in the region but our journey has been very exciting & fruitful. He has been available anytime and any day of the week, morning time or evening. This really means a lot in American schedule. He is very helpful as a person as well. he picked up our calls no matter how busy is he. It is very easy to work with him. We found he is very well educated, transparent and dedicated in his profession, even after post settlement my family is enjoying whatever he did for us finding the best home to meet our search criteria in our desired locations. We can say such an honest and supporting person is rarely found in America. We definitely recommend him if anyone is looking to buy, sell or invest in the real estate.Great thanks Kalayan Karki

Im shocked at the total lack of professionalism I experienced here. When I reached out to Pearson Smith in May, I was forwarded to Connor Leake. For the last 3 months, I have had my time wasted by his lack of responsiveness and lack of motivation. I reached out to a broker to attempt to resolve this, I received a phone call from Connor soon after, where he quoted me his rate of $7500 + 8% commission and confirmed that he will send me an email with his notes (something he has been promising to do for a while).Over the course of that phone call, it wasn't clear to me we were talking about the same property, he kept referring to a $1million commercial property while the property I am trying to sell was appraised at 6 times that valuation.Several days failing to send the email, I reached out to Connor again, politely reminding him of the email. I was again ignored (5 days now).If you don't want my business, just say so. I wouldn't have left this review if you did, but you decided to disrespect me and my time. As a residential real estate investor who did use Pearson Smith for my last purchase, I will never use your brokerage again.tl:dr1) Insane rate/commission2) Worthless agents who clearly feel like they can run roughshod on their brokers3) Unorganized and unprofessional agents

We had such a great experience working with Shannon Jones and are so lucky to have found her for our first home buying experience! Shannon helped us feel comfortable right away because she is personable, knowledgeable, and very reliable. She was always available to answer our questions and set up quick turn appointments. During each step she was able to provide both helpful suggestions and empowerment for our decisions. It truly felt like she cared about our future home. She was in our corner throughout the entire process and worked diligently behind the scenes to make sure our closing day happened in time. We will definitely work with Shannon again in the future if needed and highly recommend!

if you are a new homebuyer, you really have to keep your eyes peeled when working with this company. The transaction was so about money that at the end of the transaction Danielle tried to leave the keys to the home I purchased not with me but with a random security guard at Fort AP Hill, after I explicitly told her boss do not do that and sur enough she tried to do it. As a new homebuyer and veteran, im truly disgusted with the service. I caught them cutting corners because I knew what to look for and it was a hassle throughout the entire transaction. I asked Dani to negotiate with the seller to bring down the price on the property, she said they wouldn’t and didn’t ever bother to ask and the property was outdated. During the transaction the seller damaged the property and Danielle grants was downplaying the damage with the sellers when there was water coming out of the floor, Danielle tried to claim it was humidity and things were broken after the initial walk through. She didn't have them do the correct paper work and by that, I mean when the seller takes responsibility for the repairs that is supposed to be placed in an addendum so you are able to reference the contract should something go wrong with the repairs. Dani was giving them grounds to say they don't feel like signing any more addendums and alot of the extensions that we had to sign was because the seller did not submit the condo package in a timely manner. I told her I want out because she's not having them do the correct legal paper work and the seller for the third or fourth time submitted documentation late with documentation still missing, and she told me I couldn't back out, That I was prohibited from having someone go in and check for water damage after they repaired the leak, I got completely upset because they were getting ready no to all me to do the final walk through. She informed me more of the seller’s rights then any rights I had as the buyer. she miscommunicated alot to get the deal I.E I told her the insurance not being included in the HOA was a deal breaker. I have clear text from her saying that the insurance was an all in HO6 Policy and I didn't need any additional insurance, this was how she landed the deal and the following Monday her and the seller changed the information. The whole transaction she showed this behavior and she was non -responsive to a majority of emails trying to sort out the issues. I wish I read through the reviews and complaints on this company with the Better Business Bureau website before working with them. the worst part is that she invited me to her church and I genuinely thought the transaction was genuine but she genuinely used my desperation to find a property to her advantage. I will never work with the company again not the realtor I had unfortunately
