Sold an upgrade for over $20 to a Diamond Stand Up. Upon entering half the bulbs in the facial tanner were burned out. Requested a refund and was told they don’t do refunds and that there is a work order in for the broken equipment. Deceptive, and a poor business practice to sell an upgrade to equipment that is known to be broken and then refuse to offer a refund. Who would pay to upgrade if they knew the equipment was broken? Still awaiting a call back from the District Manager.Service: Tanning

Answering the phone would be really helpful in knowing what time you take your last appointments. Showed up with my daughter at 8:40( after trying MULTIPLE times by calling) and the girl told my daughter that it was “too late and that she stayed for someone late last night and wasn’t going to do it again”. If the staff could answer the phones this could have easily been avoided.

Sprayer seems clogged and tans were uneven during multiple sessions. Cancelled membership with front desk but continued to be charged. Corp no help.Service: Tanning

Purchased a 5 tanning session in october and only used 2. Went in today to use another session and they told me that my sessions have expired. I told the girl working there that I was never told i had a dead line for my session and that dead line was only 2 months for 5 sessions. She told me there is nothing to do and i have to oay again. This is a trap that they scam your money without telling you how long you have to use your sessions. I would have never purchased 5 sessions at once if I knew i had only 2 months to use it. Will never go back again. She didnt even try to offer me a solution or refund me my money. Horrible customer service.This is an update on this review. This company asked for my information to then reach out to me and try to solve the issue. Its a scam, dont fall for it. Its all for show on google review to show that they cared about the customer. They will never contact you nor try to even attempt to help to solve your issue at all. Just Dont Do business with them.Service: Tanning

Palm beach tans have been super friendly, knowledgeable and making sure you have the very best experience. There stand up booths are clean, working properly and are amazing. The staff at Broadland have definitely exceeded my expectations. You lol love tanning here.

Very clean and mgmt staff is absolutely amazing. Every month there are different sale packages on tanning beds and/or spray tans which are available for non-members. Worth checking it out. Don't go often but when in need, this is my go to!!

I went here for a spray tan before a wedding. It had been years since my last spray tan and my first time at Palm Beach Tan and the employee was aware of this. The Versa Spa sprayed me with some liquid but seemed like less than I remembered from years ago at a different company. I noticed zero results and went back the next morning to let them know I didn’t think it sprayed any of the tanning solution on me. She checked the machine and it was “low” she said. She then proceeded to tell me I could get a discounted rate and pay $10 and she couldn’t give me the spray tan for free. I had purchased a pre session mitt the previous night to go with my zero solution spray tan and expected that for free as well but ended up paying for a second mitt and not another spray tan. She said it was up to me to tell her if the solution was low knowing it had been a long time since I’ve gotten a spray tan. Im extremely annoyed and will not be back.

Love the staff here. Theyre always so pleasant and patient. I think most customer service personnel could take notes from the staff here. They just added a couple new beds that I absolutely love. By far the best location I've been to thus far. (Most tanning spots, the staff is rude, but not this one.)Service: Tanning

Very disappointed at the Ashburn Palm beach tan full turnover from last years ladies who were awesome. They always greeted you with a smile or friendly. I would say only 1 this whole year since I have been going has been friendly. Also you would think with COVID restrictions it would be cleaner. Most times in the spray tan booths the trash is overflowing some on the ground, a couple times said it was clean looked like towels used, missing googles, nose plugs etc. I am thinking about closing my account for good and finding a new location

No one ever answers the phone! I have tried calling repeatedly but the only way to talk to someone is to go in. So last month I did. And I canceled my membership. My skin tone doesn't work well with sprays no matter how lightly I go. Not their fault, just not for nWhen I left the store I confirmed I canceled. Just saw that my card was charged and of course I cannot get in touch by phone. Incredibly frustrated!**I finally received a call back in February. Was assured this was taken care of. Just realized I've still been charged for the past months. I will be disputing on my credit card. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A RECURRING CHARGE. YIU WILL FIND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!!!!
