This store is the definition of bait and switch! They have giant posters all over the inside and outside of the store for Buy One get One 1/2 Off. But when you get to the register you find out that there’s a whole list of shoe brands that only apply if they are more expensive than the other shoes? What?!!! That makes absolutely no sense. So because my husband bought $90 sketchers we were not eligible for the discount on my $60 Hey Dude Shoes. I will never step foot in another Off Broadway, I’m happy to pay full price for my shoes without the manipulative sakes tactics!

Never had an issue until today. Was looking for Crocs for grandkids. Finally found a box! Problem was there was only 1 shoe in box. Other one on display? NO. Perhaps mixed in with other crocs NO. I was then told by an employee that they receive from the vendor 1 shoe in the box a lot!! Really? 1 shoe? Yes she said. That’s when i decided to go to another store where they receive 2 shoes per box…….a lot!! ?♂️?♂️

You are not going to get a better price on shoes, anywhere. And most shoes are buy 1, get the 2nd for half off. There are some restrictions and I've heard customer complain when the don't understand, but it makes perfect sense. Lindsay was there today, helped me understand the rules, all goodness. And I leave with a great sit of Vans at an incredible price.

This store was so wonderful under the former management and before it was bought by Rack Room. Sadly now it's dirty, disorganized, understocked store.

Good variety to choose from and good offers. If you want to exchange or return then keep the receipt orelse they will give you only store credit. I was surprised that they don’t even have a procedure to check the transaction using credit card number. Will avoid buying in future

Tracy was a tremendous help to me going above and beyond in her assistance. The store did not have the shoe that I wanted in my size, so Tracy took it upon herself to contact another vendor nearby to see if they carried the shoe. After that yielded no result, she proceeded to give me the sku number along with the brand so that I may be able to find it online. Tracy is a gem---go see her at Off Broadway!

Absolutely disgusted by the way my wife was treated! The cashier, African American, totally ignored my wife, standing at the register for minutes. Yes, he knew she was there. As soon as an African American customer approached the register he took her merchandise and rang her up! Then in a smartass tone told my wife to bring her merchandise down here and I'll ring you up.
