I'm an bit of a DIYer, so they usually get my random material, hardware, and hand tool business too. I do wish the return policy for building materials was longer...since sometimes projects can take a long time to start, and of course finish...so ability to return unopened, unused surplus after 30/60/90 days would be most welcome. Other than that, again, no complaints.”

“Brant, the owner of Susanna Farm Nursery, personally took care of us in our project to improve the look of our front yard. He came to the house, assessed the space, drafted a plan of plantings, presented the draft to us, got our OK, and installed the plan, on schedule. He brought several additional plants a possible substitutes, depending on how we felt about our initial choices. Brant knows his stock, knows plants, and instills confidence. We felt very comfortable following his lead. Pricing was very reasonable, too.”
“Very patient staff in the garden center. I forgot my wallet and had to use Taft to pay which I haven't used many times. Took me quite a while after some declines in payment but the register associate was very patient.
Great availability of products also when you go online it maps too availability.”

“Home Depots vary a lot by location. This is a very good one. I've been coming here for 9 years. They don't have as much selection as the local Lowes, which is the size of a small town. But this is rarely an issue. The staff here in Leesburg are friendly and helpful. If they don't know the answer, they will likely not rest until they find you someone who does know the answer. I also suggest using the Home Depot app. It's very helpful.”

“This is my go-to home depot. The staff is very helpful and the store itself is very well maintained. I highly recommend getting the app to find item locations to save on them.
I mainly come in for lumber and 5gal water refills and they are always well stocked.
I also prefer the layout of this store compared to others, such as the Fairfax or Leesburg locations.
Their are 4 self check out lanes and physical credit card is required.”
