I love going to my eyedoctor but i had a horrible experience at this location with the general manager his name is Brian. I was waiting for over 30 minutes he was supposed to help me but he just kept doing other things very slow and never came to help until i asked are and he responded i was doing other things. Patients should always priority not packing a package or anything else. Very bad customer service.

First, the optometrist is great. Friendly and professional. I have no problem there.Past the prescription, the service goes downhill fast! Glasses are order but rarely delivered on time and getting professional and proactive responses is a chore. Staff cannot locate the orders and do not follow up with clients to provide updates. I ordered (and paid for) a pair of glasses for my daughter in early January—at mid February I still haven’t received my order and my voicemails go unanswered. So I am constantly chasing the staff to secure my daughter’s glasses. Hopefully I will get my order one day.Do yourself a favor: get the prescription from the doctor then walk over to Warby Parker to order your glasses. This place is very unreliable

I went in for exam, They did a contact fitting and billed me $145 which I’ve never ever heard of in my 19yrs of wearing contacts. Usually I pay $40-60 copay with my insurance for my visit at other opticians and maybe that included the fitting fee. My contact brand did not change so why did I need to be charge a fitting fee??? I’m not new to wearing contacts. I wish this was told to me upfront so I can choose if I wanted this done or not. They also did photos and again no one informed me of the extra charge of $36. I don’t mind paying for what I need and/or services where fees are reviewed with me. To check out and be blindsided with almost $200 is ridiculous. Clearly reading other reviews this is a problem. I wish I had read the review before going here. I know I definitely will not be back to this location. I hope everyone’s reviews are taken in consideration to help improve what is negatively affecting the business. I know it’s in a great location and convenient for people who work around the area.

Coming here to share my experience in hopes that MAYBE someone at MyEyeDoctor will actually respond. I had an eye exam in October, ordered new glasses. Received the glasses and the prescription was wrong. Sent them to be corrected. Received them again and they were wrong. I was blamed for not picking a frame that optimizes my progressive prescription. So I ordered new frames and lenses that would hopefully better optimize my prescription. Those were ordered 12/26. Have not received them. No one can tell me when I will receive them. Most of the time, I can’t even get through to the store. I have left messages at the store and have sent messages through the “Contact Us” button on the website. No reply. Finally got through today and was placed on hold for 33 minutes. When she finally came back, she essentially said she didn’t know when they would be in, maybe a couple more weeks. Unacceptable!

I was told my glasses and those of my daughter will be ready in two weeks. That didn’t happen. It has been a month already and still waiting! I left two messages to no avail. Between my glasses and my daughter’s I spent over $3,000, insurance covering a percentage of it, yet the service is mediocre. Very disappointing experience indeed!

Unprofessional Behavior, Inefficient Verification Process, and Lack of Customer Service at MyEyeDr:I recently had an appointment with MyEyeDr, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory which greatly impacted my visit with two of my kids.Firstly, the staff's lack of professional behavior was highly disappointing. From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt a sense of indifference and disrespect. Their unhelpfulness and disinterest left me feeling undervalued as a customer.Secondly, the verification process for my health insurance was incredibly inefficient. Despite providing all the necessary information, the clinic struggled to verify my insurance coverage. This resulted in unnecessary delays and frustrations, which should not be expected from a reputable establishment.The staff failed to keep me informed about any changes or delays, leaving me waiting for extended periods without any updates. This lack of transparency and effective communication only added to my overall dissatisfaction.My visit to MyEyeDr was marred by unprofessional behavior, an inefficient verification process, and a lack of communication. I would not recommend this establishment to others seeking eye care services. It is crucial for businesses to prioritize professionalism, efficiency, and effective communication in order to provide a positive and satisfactory experience for their customers.

Very sad to hear that Dr. Azizaldin left this location. I may have to follow her over to the Sterling location. Went for an appointment with Dr. Burton-Zalar last week and I was rushed though and out the door in about 5 minutes. I had a concern that Dr. Azizaldin had sent me to the specialist for last year. Brought it up only to have it brushed off, and Dr. Burton-Zalar didn't even look at the picture of the back of my eye. This place's only goal is to sell you glasses and contacts with little care for your eye health.

This place seems money hungry. They did an unnecessary eye test for almost 50 and wanted me to pay for it. They didn’t even tell me that it was not covered. I scheduled and appointment for contact lenses and on the day of my appointment they told me it would be from 75 to 150. I don’t mind paying for what I need but I mind being scandaled out of money. After my daughter gets her glasses I will not be back to this location. SMH

I have used this location over 13 years, past 2 experiences have been horrible. Dr aziz, is great but the staff at the front is extremely rude and have very bad attitude, specially the lady i and my encountered, Jenna, because her , we wont not recommended this place or ever visit this location.

Love this place. Dr Azizaldin is hands down the best optometrist I've ever had. She is extremely competent and personable. Ben in Optical is also very helpful and friendly.

Left work and drove 20 min for my appointment only to be told by a very unbothered front desk that my insurance was not accepted. Website specifically says that all insurance is accepted AND my insurance information was entered online two days prior.
