I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service at your One Loudoun location when trying to process a return. Despite following their return policy and providing all the necessary information, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive attitudes from the associates and the Manager Sean.The process was riddled with inefficiency, as it took an unreasonably long time to get any assistance, and when I did, the staff seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. Their communication was poor, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.I expected better from this company and this experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to reconsider before making purchases from them, as the lack of support and professionalism in handling returns is completely unacceptable.Overall, it's clear that customer service is not a priority for Lululemon and as a result, they have lost my trust and future purchases.

Not impressed with their customer service lately. Female worker would not help my daughter with her Dance Studio Mid-Rise Pants. She got them in August 2023 for her birthday and now there is a small hole in the right leg. Based on the policy the pants should have been replaced because of the tear, but the sales associate was less than helpful. These pants cost $118 and she had them less than 6 months and hang dries them as instructed. The girl told me daughter there was nothing she could do! This is not good and makes lululemon look bad if they can't stand behind the quality of their product!

This, was a pop up store so b the selection was minimal. The LULU Lemon pants are not the thick fabric quality I like.

To be honest I didn’t know if I should leave a review but I decided that I should because I had some interactions here that were quite condescending and/or still do not sit right with me. I had gone into this lululemon while trying to return some online items and thought it was worth my while to try on a sports bra. The lady who helped me at the dressing room was nice at first but then i asked her if she had another size for the sports bra because the ones on the shelves weren’t the right fit. She proceeded to ask me if I was “actually planning on buying the sports bra”. This comment bothered me in two ways, 1) it sent a message that she was too lazy to go to the back unless it was worth it for her 2) she assumed that I was not actually planning on buying the sports bra because of her own personal judgements about me. I felt like I had to defend myself and give reasons as to why I wanted to try on another size and ultimately decided against buying it because I felt embarrassed that she even asked me that. I had returned again to make another return because online items just don’t fit right, but I found myself not feeling comfortable coming to this location without being judged for returning items and did it anyways, still leaving with a weird feeling about being judged for returning my items. I have never felt this way about other lululemon locations and usually the employees at the tysons or mosaic location are really nice so i have to say i will not be coming back to this location.

I will admit I haven't been in one of their stores in ages. In part because I feel like their stuff is way overpriced for athleisure. It's a big store but looks rather sparse almost has a warehouse look on the inside. Also of note no one greeted me not that, it's a big deal to me. Don't feel like I've missed much by not coming here.

I had some really bad experiences here. Anytime they see you make a return their attitude will turn cold. The vibe is weird. I feel really uncomfortable shopping here. I live in one Loudoun community. I was very excited when I saw a lululemon store opening in walking distance at first. But now I’d rather drive a long way to Reston town center or tysons corner lululemon locations than walking to the one in my community. Employees there always welcome me with smiles. The vibes are a lot more delightful.

Customer service there is on point. Yes, the clothes are Hella $$$$$$$; however the personal touch when asked question help to justify it. Note to self, if you buy these brands do not machine dry, they do not last as long.

I have to give credit where it’s due… & although I can’t make up for the other poor reviews I can add to make it better for others who may question if they should come to this location based off the reviews or not. I took a chance & im thankful that I did. I called last night 7/28/23 and spoke to a very helpful gentleman named Ryan.. I explained to him my situation with my products and he told me that they did honor the performance promise & was very helpful. He told me that he would not be in but he pointed me in the direction of a manager named Megan. I ended up getting very blessed to deal with one of the assistant managers named Andy who had a smile on her face, listened to my concern & helped me out immediately! I am so thankful that my experience with this location was 10/10 and that I received the service that I did! I would recommend this lululemon to anyone who is looking to be treated with respect & simply listen to the concerns of customers & that’s exactly what Andy did for me today! She expressed that she wanted me to be happy with what I was wearing & was willing to get me into something that did just that! I appreciate your support Andy & the customer service that you gave me on today 7/29/23 we will be back to shop at this location.

The manager(s) seem to choose to be friendly to some customers. Didn’t like the feel of shopping in this store. Not welcoming and not friendly at all.

The store is open and easy to find things, doesn’t feel cluttered and I didn’t feel ignored. There is a lot of parking (garage) right around the corner which is nice for how busy one loudon can get. I had an issue with a belt bag and Andy was the one who helped me out with my concerns. She was nice and explained everything well. She was also very engaging and showed genuine interest about other products I was asking about and showed me these super soft joggers that I fell in love with. A girl named Morgan also chimed in to suggest pairings with them. I like feeling like staff wants to help and are happy and excited about what they sell! Overall it was a great experience.

Female worker with fake eyelashes and tattoos is rude. Had leggings with a seam coming undone and a snag in the leggings. Based on the policy the leggings should have been able to be replaced because of the seam coming undone but bc there was also snag she declined replacing the leggings. Also gave a rude comment of “they’re clothes, they get wear and tear”. For leggings that cost $118?? and only had for year?? they should perform better. I’ve had leggings from tjmax last longer lol. I could tell she seemed to have an issue with me asking questions about the policy also. She seemed very snooty as well. Like babe you work at lululemon.. you ain’t all that. Overall bad experience with her. Most likely will go to Reston from now on for better customer service. I even suggested that I buy a new pair of leggings in store instead of getting them replaced and ofc they didn’t have them. If she would have been nicer I wouldn’t have had a problem with not being able to replace the leggings. She left a sore taste in my mouth.
