We can’t say enough about how great Louis was as our selling agent. He provided expert selling advice which got us to the closing table within 30 days of listing and $17K above asking price. He worked diligently to ensure the COVID crisis did not interfere with our closing. Louis is a proactive, full service agent who goes the extra mile to fix any issues before they can become problems.
