Dr. Singh and his staff are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They genuinely care for the pets and do only what's necessary to keep them healthy. I have called them numerous times in case of urgency and they helped me out over the phone or by accommodating immediate appointments. I highly recommend their services.

Vet did not take his time to explain our cat’s condition, instead wanted to do surgery next day. We decided for a second opinion. It turned out our cat’s ear hematoma was because of an ear fungal infection and wax/debris buildup. They took cultures and started medical treatment instead. I then read online that the chance of hematoma relapse after surgery was 50% anyway. I’m disappointed because nothing was done at this facility about cleaning the ear, making the proper diagnosis and treating the underlying cause, instead surgery was recommended. In the meantime, the cat got his rabies shot for $120. The other facility took the time to clean the ear and removed so much from inside the ear and applied ear drops, also prescribed antibiotics. We were told the hematoma should recede on its own in 2-3 days.

The people at work there seem to have a problem. Because my puppy needed 2 quantity madison until next following appointment. 3times I explained to each staff who work there why I have to order from chwey company and they told me to do so. However I learned from chwey company that all 3 attempts were rejected by the this Vet. I was so frustrated So I called the vet this morning and the staff member who had been working there longest answered the phone said, I don't care who you talk to instead of listening to what I tired to explain again, she forced me to make the next appointment.
Of course, the role of the doctor is important, but the people working in front desk are also very important. When I said I wanted to talk to the doctor, she lied and said Doctor wasn't there right now and doctor would come next weekend. I doubt SHE'D say a doctor will come next week because there aren't any customers until next weekend????? I really don't want to take my baby there ever never...

Dr. Singh is not just an amazing vet - he's the nicest man you could ask for. He truly went above and beyond for my puppy, and I couldn't be more thankful.
The entire staff at Loudoun Valley Animal Hospital was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our experience. During a scary time for our family and our puppy, they made us feel like our well-being and pup was their top priority.
Dr. Singh is truly world class - he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and most importantly, made us feel like our puppy was his only concern at the moment.
LVAH staff and Dr. Singh can not be praised enough - I will be a lifelong customer. I highly recommend anyone in Northern VA looking for a vet who is not only highly skilled by also incredibly compassionate to check of LVAH!

LVAH is the only place I will take my dogs. Their caring staff truly make visits, even the tough ones, good. They go out of their way to make sure you and your pet are completely comfortable and work hard to keep your pet healthy. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the clinic. My two kittens are well cared for. Dr. Singh administers treatments only if deemed necessary and will give you his honest opinion. Highly recommend him.
