Went in just to buy a disposable, got my license scanned and the system verified that I was of age but the iPad still showed an exclamation point denoting that my ID was declined, even though it showed my age right next to it??? Not the employees’ fault, he was just doing his job, but that’s absolute garbage and I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anybody as I’ve NEVER had this happen anywhere else.

Liberty Vapors is my favorite vape shop in Ashburn! They have a ton of options and the sales reps can answer every question you throw at them. I was originally not going to write a review but I saw that Matt Rivas was complaining about a lady who works there and I couldn’t believe my eyes! I know the sales rep he’s talking about, she is so nice and helpful whenever I come in for juice/pods. I’m certain he just was having a bad day and decided to take it out on the business and the sales reps job, despicable! Thanks for your wonderful products and service Liberty Vapors, I wouldn’t have been able to quit smoking cigarettes without it, keep it up!

So I decided to give this place a shot, getting away from juul and semi knew what I wanted. Ultimately just wanted a smok. When I asked about the 3 different devices the lady provided very little information on the three. I went on my phone and did the research myself upon making my mind up. When it came down to check out she never bothered to offer juice for the new device and when I had to ask her she didn't seem knowledgeable on what goes best with which. I decided to just say forget it and shop elsewhere. She doesn't seem kowlagable at all about the products nor does she care to earn anyone's business. I recommend going elsewhere.
