Absolutely amazing experience here. I came here to get bloodwork done this morning and the gentleman who drew my blood was extremely gentle and accommodating to my tendency to get lightheaded, etc. It was the best and most painless blood drawn I’ve ever received! Other than the blood drawn itself, the facility is super clean and well-kept, and the employees are all very friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back here for future bloodwork.

New location for LabCorp is much better than the previous one inside a doctor’s office. The move was only about a mile, so driving time is unchanged. There is significantly more available parking at this location. Check in was fast and my wait was short. Facility was clean and service was competent.

LabCorp recently changed locations without notifying customers. I arrived at 7:30 AM for my appointment, only to find the new location opens at 8:00 AM. This lack of communication and inconvenience could have easily been avoided with a simple notification about the change in location and updated opening hours. It's incredibly frustrating to show up on time for an appointment only to be met with such an unexpected delay.

I made an appointment but had some issues. Two employees working at desk. The younger one was super helpful. It turns out if you are doing voluntary/self testing you need to prepay and preorder the tests yourself on the LabCorp, RequestaTest, or AccesaLabs website. If you have insurance, you’ll need to prepay in full then submit a claim.
The employee was very helpful in helping me order the test on my phone and tried to give me various options from his phone on specific tests to order.

This Labcorp has moved from near the metro to 43490 Yukon Drive, #112, Ashburn, VA.
I’m glad they moved because now there is ample parking, yay!
Labcorp is located at the back of the building. If you’re driving near the building and you see Subway, you close, drive to the back of the building and you’ll see the Labcorp sign on the door, see photos.
This is a new office, so everything looks new. The staff was very friendly and the lab technician was very gentle when as I needed to get bloodwork done.
Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend. If you make your appointment online it helps to get in and out quickly. They open at 8:00am.

My daughter, my husband and myself had great experiences here. The young gentleman who help us with blood work, did not Hurt us at all. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name.

Quick testing but results can take more than a week to several weeks. Can’t believe it takes that long for routine lab work. Often they have misplaced specimens too.Responding to Labcorp - I have already emailed you and yet to receive results. There is no phone number to call for results. It’s submitting a contact us form and waiting for your reply. Haven’t heard back even after following up.

Great facility. Little hard to find the office, BUT I’m glad came here. Quick, clean and Carlos was wonderful!! Didn’t even felt the needle was going in and he was very nice / people friendly! Thank you!!!

Small lobby, and the place was packed with 4 groups (4 patients) in front of me. The only receptionist was on the phone, and I was motioned (I think) to use the malfunctioning kiosk that was in full view of the entire lobby. The lobby resembles a fish market in Asia, not a medical facility. Trying to hear your name being called while you are dealing with some lady screaming on the phone. This can't be normal and acceptable...

Never coming back here, no one gives you information about anything. The girl in the front desk doesn't even work for labcorp. I came to drop a sample with my daughter and waited for an hour and no one even came outside to say anything. I actually had to go walk inside myself to ask someone what was going on. There was only one person inside doing paperwork and said I had to wait because she was on her own. There was about 5 people outside waiting. They need to have more staff or staff that actually prioritize patients over paperwork. Worst service

Please update your answering machine and signage on the door. Both state you are open until 4pm however, when I got to the office, I was told you close at 3pm.

BILLED BCBS for blood work. In the billing they submitted a blood work 2x. After BCBS rejected the double bill. Patient was charged This didn't happened once. It occurred 2 different times Check your statements They are money first not patient Use other lab companies. Not recommended

My daughter had her blood work done here. But they called after few days to report that the blood work has gone bad due to not properly storing. It was not a pleasant experience. Also I went there a week ago for work related blood work. No updates on results and no returning to phone calls and messages. Not professional.
