For my daughter's routine bloodwork, the technicians treated my daughter with such professionalism and care. When she became faint after the blood draw was complete, both the ladies did everything they could to assist her to recovery. They are absolutely the best!!

My toddler son had a wonderful experience with getting lab work done yesterday. The two ladies that work there was very fast and great with kids. Definitely going to use this lab corp again.

Zainab did my 2 year old son’s bloodwork and was very sweet and kind. She has a gentle touch. I’ve taken my son for bloodwork here several times, my father and brother have come here as well.
Edit - To add, we always make an appointment. Better to do that instead of walking in and waiting hoping for a spot.

My son and I both came in to get blood work done. The check in process was easy and we were called in quickly by Zenab. Zenab was very patient and waited while I confirmed a script with the Doctors office over the phone. She easily drew the blood for my son and made us both feel comfortable. Brian was the other phlebotomist there and he was very helpful as well. We had some blood work for my son that had to be sent out via fed ex and Brian made sure to send it right away and provided me with the tracking number. I highly recommend this location! Thank you Zenab and Brian!

We've had to have bloodwork a couple times so far and the lab techs are super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The lab is very clean and organized. It is located next to the pharmacy and has a little kiosk next to the door to check in. While nobody greets you until they open the door to take you back, rest assured there are two techs behind the door and will get you in and out in a timely fashion. You pay a lab fee before the labs are drawn. Very happy with our visits.

I left my doctor's office to have my lab work done. I went to the first location (43810 Central Station Dr #160, Ashburn, VA 20147) which I Googled first to check the closing time. Google showed 4pm. I arrived a little before 3:30pm. I go inside and am told that they close at 3pm and that the site hasn't been updated. That was my first annoyance. They give me the street name to the one in Walgreens which shows that it closes at 5pm and is 12 minutes away. I arrive at 3:45pm, signed in and sat in the waiting area. There was 1 person ahead of me and 3 people came after me. The person ahead of me was called in, which led me to believe I was next. The technician came out went that client was done and called the person after me. I thought maybe it was a mistake and decided to wait patiently. After a while that person was finished and the technician came out again, looked at the line of people and said "I am only take people who had appointments, I only have room for people who have appointments. I'm sorry but I'm by myself." Then she called the last person to show up. I had been there waiting for 45 minutes at this point. I became angry because she should have stated that when she came out the first time. That was very unprofessional and lacked real customer service. It took me an hour to get home since I was coming from my doctor's office and trying to reach the nearest facility before closing. That meant that I kept driving further away from my home. I will never recommend Lab Corp and if a doctor tries to send me there, I will go to Qwest instead.

This rating does not apply to the entire lab but this particular lady, am not sure which category to classify her , she was very very very rude and unprofessional, she definitely have to revisit her professional code of conduct.Zina or whatever her name is, made feel like am not a human/person or someone she will like to take care of. Our entire conversation was such a rude response , she doesn’t even listen when you speak. I don’t expect her to friendly but at least she need to maintain her professional conduct . IWish I can type every convo on here but there is no need.Labcorb deserves a better and great employees unlike her.I believe am not the only one who have encountered this.
