You can’t really assess an insurance company until you make a claim. After years of being claimless, I made a claim for property damage last year, and I was so happy with the service I received. From filing my claim to receiving payment, I was assisted at every step of the way by professional, helpful claims examiners. Would highly recommend.

Amanda in particular is top-notch in my book! She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful during the purchase of a new vehicle. The credit union loan department required documentation in a certain, somewhat particular manner. Regardless, Amanda promptly answered my phone calls, questions and emails throughout the process. She also sought out and provided the proper amount of coverage that I needed on a specialty vehicle. Thank you again for your time and incredible service when I needed it Amanda! Both my wife and I have had very positive experiences with you handling insurance needs related to our home and multiple vehicles. We appreciate it!!

AllState the company also has the best customer service in resolving claims and take the stress out of your stressful event.
