The remodel involved some tricky reconstruction/maneuvers and they handled it beautifully. Also, they were timely - very important as did not want to be away for long. “We used Moss for a two-story addition to our Arlington home and they did a fantastic job. Our finished project looks even better than the digital renderings. We choose Moss in part because they are an integrated design-build firm, which made it easy as Moss led us through the process from beginning to end. “What a nice experience. The store is loaded with a lot of great cookware and dinnerware plus all the things that you expect from Williams Sonoma. The ladies were very helpful… I was buying things and bringing them to the front periodically to stack on the side. Once I finished, she offered to have our purchases shipped back to our home in Florida for a very reasonable price. They came today in perfect condition and packed so much better than I would have been able to possibly do. I don’t know who did the packing, but thank you very much for a job well done. He has a “designer’s eye” which was an added bonus and helped us make informed design choices. This was our first time going through a renovation and he took the time to explain the process and presented an accurate timeline.
