I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair styled by Ersin at Hair Story by Serap for a family friend's function. Ersin created a stunning gel-back, mid-length ponytail with curls, and the result was absolutely fabulous. Everyone at the event loved it, and I received countless compliments. I go and see MELIS and love her, been following her for years now because no one else does such an amazing job with my hair. Melis takes the time to always ask what I am looking for and never takes me for granted as a client. After we discuss what I am looking for she always delivers. Not only does she care about the look we want to achieve but the overall health and shine of my hair. While I do not want to give away Ashburn's best kept hair stylist I also want other's to experience the Melis love!

Came from out of town for a wedding. Needed to get my hair done. Hair story was right by the hotel. Ersin took care of me from start to finish. Wash, cut blow and style. He did a great job! Highly recommend him and Hair Story Salon. Great customer service and atmosphere. Thanks Ersin!!!

I just left the salon had a great experience my stylist was Melis. She did a great job interpreting what I wanted. I have fine thin hair that wavy/curly with effort and wavy/straight on lazy days. She got all the layering I wanted without thinning me too much and the huge thing is my bangs. I have been cutting my own bangs since before the pandemic because I never had a stylist cut them the way I envision them. I didn't give her much direction at all and they are perfect! She really asked all the right questions so I could get what I needed out of my cut. I am sending my fiancé here for his next cut.
Side note: the product used smelled amazing not sure if they are salon products or from her personal setup but I smell like vanilla so good!
