New management means new and fresh environment. I was very pleased with the pedicure I received. I was a walk in and needed it done before going out of town. It was no problem to get in and get out with the softest feet I’ve had in years. I’m absolutely going back a recommending Joy to everyone.

I have been going to this salon for several years and have always received very good service. I like the fact that the location is a convenient stop on my way home, although I don't live in the area. I really like the fact that this salon is nice and open, not tight and congested. Recently it has been sold and purchased by a wonderful new owner, Ariana, who had previously done a wonderful manicure for me, here! She is a delight, innovative, has already refreshed everything with new paint, and will be turning this business into a truly innovative fabulous place to come with upcoming new treatments, and I can't wait! Look for a name change soon, but don't wait to book an appointment, do it now. You won't be disappointed!!!

I TRIED TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO SOLVE THE ISSUE BEFORE LEAVING THIS REVIEW
The place is beautiful but the service was horrible.
The woman literally used the nail clippers to remove my old set and cut my nail so deep it started bleeding, she then proceeded to put acrylic over my bleeding nail and cure it. Now I have a small pool of blood under my nail bed. I’m quite certain it will get infected. In which case I will take the action needed. As professionals I expected way more. I am in literal pain.
When I asked the woman was that blood? And she said “ yes it’s a small cut from when I cut your nails “. Not to mention I was charged $87 for a French tip set and the lines are horrible. It was so rushed and a horrible experience.

I got a gel mani and a regular pedicure. I didn’t want gel and the nail technician push me to get it. I requested french tips, they look horrible, I got such a bad service! At the moment I am getting the gel removed and nails fix at another salon. The nail technician had a bad attitude when I told her I didn’t like the french tips and she would tell the other nail technician.Services: Pedicure

Beautiful, peaceful place. The fish tank in the back added to the serenity. My pedicure felt so nice. My hands look so much better after the manicure.

The worst salon to get your pedicure done. They get people/men who have no clue of how to do a good pedicure for a basic pedicure that costs $50The employees there are not at all professional and ask personal questions about what profession are you from and as soon as you say IT.. they say you guys make a lot of money and don’t budge if not given a good tip! This has happened multiple times! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Might as well visit a salon that’s more professional with their job and where the employees are trained at their work!Service: Pedicure

If you are looking for nail salon go to different place to get great experience. I had 2 nail techs from here on same day and both did bad job on my nails.
It was my very 1st time here and I would not come back here again. I got pedicure and acrylic full set. First, pedicure massage was great but she cut my nails uneven slant shape. Even my husband can notice the uneven shape. She colored my cuticles and did not fix it so I had to ask her to remove color from cuticle.
Second, acrylic full set shape is great but length are uneven short and long. Guy who did my acrylic he did not filed my own nails. He cut my nails with acrylic cutter and did not filed to even it up. Now when I see my nails from bottom part it looks awful. Usually other nail techs they filed and make smooth. Plus, lengths are all uneven long and short. I got it it was almost closing time but I am paying for the service.
I am giving 2 stars cuz pedicure massage was great.

I don’t give out bad ratings for a bad job because everyone needs to learn but this bad rating is for the customer service even though they did a terrible job on the pedicure. She didn’t communicate with me the entire time smh, I thought it was because she didn’t know much but when other customers came in she communicated with them well. I knew I wasn’t coming back after she didn’t use the pedicure scraper on me and did my toes over (on her own) because she kept messing up. When the new customers came in, she left me in the chair. I asked her if I was supposed to go to the drying table and she said I was done??????? No my toes need to dry. So she went and turn on the drying table and told me to it was ready. She didn’t help me carrying my things and walk me over which is what they do at every place I have ever been to. I noticed when I got to the drying stating that she didn’t give me any sandals and I was barefoot. So I asked someone else to. After being over there for a while I told her I would be leaving and THEN SHR GRABED MY THINGS AND WALKED ME TO THE CASH REGISTER!!! No ma’am, I will not be tipping. I politely paid and left and took myself to google reviews and wherever else I decide to post this. I was looking for a spot for me and my baby but it won’t be here, EVER AGAIN!
