My experience at Ira Eyebrow salon was absolutely terrible. I would have given zero stars if that were an option. My upper lip was left un-finished, and my eyebrows ended up looking uneven and irritated. Despite asking for a simple clean-up, the technician ended up thinning them out. To top it off, she was arrogant and blamed me for the uneven result. I will not be returning to this salon and will not recommend it to anyone.

Ira is amazing. She is quick and efficient with high quality. She does both men and women eyebrows too! She is very welcoming and will make you feel comfortable unlike other threading business.

Ira is a gem! She has been threading my eyebrows for several years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am able to make an appointment with only a day or two notice. Ira is responsive and does a great job. Her space is clean and prices are very reasonable.

I visited her around 2 years ago. I would say she was good at her service but not professional and I wouldn't like someone recommending services to me based on being overly critical about appearances when in fact it doesn’t concern me. Overall clean place felt very rushed and very critical although the result was nice. For attitude I am taking away a star.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences visiting Ira the past few years. She is the only person I let do my brows and upper lip, and on special occasions I’ve done her full body services and had amazing results. She is truly professional and sweet towards her clients. I’ve made appointments the day before and was able to be squeezed into her schedule. Included a few before and after pictures, thank you for your services Ira??

TERRIBLE!!! I have been getting my eyebrows done for 15 YEARS and have NEVER had someone take all of my eyebrows off and then proceed to yell and argue. I am mortified!!! She literally has no clue what she is doing and running a business from her basement. DO NOT go here. There is no going back after your eyebrows are gone right before an important event that you want to look good for. I would give this zero stars if it would let me.

Ira is an amazing beauty professional. I visit her for my eyebrows each time I am in the area. She is very flexible and accommodates me in her schedule. Her work is always flawless. I am in and out in no time, and that fits me well with my work schedule. I highly recommend her.

I made a same day, last minute appointment after work. Ira took me in 30 minutes. Very professional and clean and environment! I arrived 10 minutes early and sat in my car until my appointment.
I may have been squeezed into her schedule being last minute and all but I do think she rushed through it— I didn’t feel very relaxed. It was a bit rougher than any eyebrow/lip threading I’ve done before but the results were great. She was very kind but not much rapport was built. In the end, the job was done.
