I enjoy buying items from this store but the only thing is they have a section meant for only Indians, this is pretty discriminating to other races shopping. But overall this place is a 3/5, not bad.

I have been coming to this Harris Teeter for 15 years. I’ve noticed a steady decline in customer service. Maybe somebody will buy you guys out and start treating customers well again. One can only hope.

This Harris Teeter never has ripened fruit or good quality produce. More than half the time, we never even get the milk we need. But the worst part is, that we had purchased cream cheese at the end of April, which had expired on Feb 28th. I understand we should have done our due diligence, but you're seriously selling something that is over a month past its expiration?! Please do better, management.

Beautiful bright clean store, fresh produce with good deals, and friendly staff like Marcus and Rohit. Previously also got great service and wonderful packing at the checkout line by Shahnaj and Raju. Thanks!

They have a great selection of hot cooked meals. Their pizza is top notch and its nice to get a small snack before shopping to help save on cost in the end. Very close to where I live makes it a convenient stop!

Highly unprofessional staff members who have 0 patience to even hear the customer’s questions, let alone helping them out to figure things out at the self checkout counter. Not to mention the smirks and grins on their faces. I really felt like I had asked a silly question and embarrassed myself because they walked away from me. Having said that, they did help me by enabling me to get the discount but I’d rather not get those couple dollars off, given their attitude and how they treated me.

Be prepared for your trip to take twice as long because there are no cashiers and self checkout line wraps around the freaking aisles. I’m really tired of coming here and paying a premium for groceries while waiting in line 30 minutes when my trip should have been in and out. Lidl is almost exclusively self checkout and I have never had to wait in line so damn long. Please keep scanning as slow as possible one can at a time with a sour look on your face.

Very convenient to our house, it’s within walking distance. Before COVID we almost exclusively shopped at Harris Teeter, it was so close. Then COVID hit and prices went through the roof. I can’t believe the price now of the Boars Head deli meat, Cheez-Its and other items. So when prices went up, we started shopping at Walmart and Aldi. We’ve saved so much money since we’ve made the switch. So, now we drive 4 miles to those other stores. We used to spend up to $1500/month on groceries at Harris Teeter and now we only spend $200/month at Harris Teeter since we shop elsewhere most of the time. Hoping they see this and rethink their pricing or maybe it’s just all the manufacturers that have raised their prices. But Walmart still carries name brands for a lot less. We only go to Harris Teeter if we need random items that we forgot at the other stores, or need an item for a weekday dinner in a pinch. There are still lots of positives, they have almost everything you could want to buy at a grocery store, pet items, flowers, wine/beer, a bakery, etc.The bakery is nice, and you can custom order cakes, cupcakes, etc. There is a brochure that has sample cakes, etc.I took a couple photos of the bathroom. It’s nice that they have a bathroom, but it could use an update. They have a handicap accessible stall and a diaper changing stationThe front of Harris Teeter has handicap parking and good wheel chair ramps.I took these photos on a Thursday morning at 7:30am. I was able to get all the photos without people in them, but there were a few shoppers and workers, of course that were there. All in all, it’s nice to have a grocery store so close to where I live, but we don’t utilize it like we did before COVID due to the higher prices.

Used to be my go to store but lately it’s been very disappointing. I’m not sure if there’s new management or a lack of management but there’s no decent fruit. Many of the vegetables are way over ripe. I’ve picked up multiple things on the shelves recently that are past the expiration date. what is going on with this store?? Now I have to go out of way and go to Wegmans to get anything decent. Please get better management and oversight at the Brambleton Harris Teeter!

Karim is the man! What a professional. Took great care of us.. We are never going any where else for our steaks.. He was so helpful, and stayed later to make sure we had our steaks just right. I recommend anyone that needs a good steak to call Harris Teeter Meat department and ask for Karim. Leo and Lauren.
