Staff is amazing! The pharmacists are very patient, no matter how busy they are. they answer all questions and dont rush you. They remember their customers by name and always fill Rx so fast. They also always look for Rx rebate coupons if the price of the meds are too high. Thank you!

Made an online appointment to get a vaccination. The website said I'd get an email confirmation, but I never received one. When I arrived there was just one pharmacist who was dealing with a line of customers, so it took 0-15 minutes for me to be seen. I was asked to wait while insurance stuff was sorted out. Finally after another 10-15 minutes, the pharmacist returned and informed me that they were out of the vaccine. I went ahead and got another one I needed, but was disappointed. Now I have to take more precious weekend time and try again. Not sure I will go back to HarrisTeeter for any more vaccines though, they don't seem to have their stuff fully together. One note, the pharmacist there was gracious and professional.

Idk why this Harris Teeter has such awful reviews. I live right next door and frequent this Harris teeter multiple times in a week. To the person who said they don't have Apple Pay, you are wrong lol yes they do. Also whoever said they are filthy is incorrect it's always clean? Especially compared to other stores like food lion or Safeway. I mean I def would prefer if there was a Whole Foods or Wegmans next door, but for this Harris Teeter it's fine and I've always had decent interactions with the staff.

Harris Teeter Pharmacy is a good pharmacy with reasonable wait times within the local Harris Teeter. I had come down with a bad flu and it was quick and easy to pick up my medication. :)

I stopped doing my main grocery shopping here years ago because of the filth and poor service -- but use it rarely when I need one or two items and do not want to drive to Wegmans. Friday, I tried to purchase a handful of party items. I was not treated as a customer. I was treated as an incompetent cashier at your self-checkout when I tried to get help. If you want my business, please staff your store properly and keep in mind that I am your customer, not your employee.

Harris Teeter is a top-notch grocery store! They have a fantastic selection of fresh produce, high-quality products, and a great variety of brands. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-maintained. Harris Teeter is my go-to for a convenient and enjoyable grocery shopping experience.

The staff are not that nice, I needed my pills but they said you have to come get it tomorrow! When I had nothing left. They also say "come back in 15 minutes" but when you come back 15 minutes later they say 15 more minutes! Like bruh wth?

We are in the 21st century when people are going to Mars but Harris Teeter doesn't offer any Apple Pay or Android pay options. Antiquated way of doing business.

At self checkout, the employees stand right near you and watch you like you are going to steal something. It is a very uncomfortable feeling. No one likes to be watched. Manager needs to tell the employees to back off. Store on Ryan Road...
