Meredith helped us sell our home and find our next home in this hot market. We had heard great things about her through our community pages, and she did not disappoint! She really does make you feel like you’re her only customer. She took the time to listen to what we wanted. She educated us and guided us as we considered our priorities as a family with young children. She is an amazing match-maker, as she seems to have an ability to find just what people are looking for within budget, if not something better. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate world, and she is well-known and well-connected in the NOVA area, which was extremely helpful in this market. She is very diligent and responsive, and pays attention to all details of the selling/buying process from beginning to end, making for a very smooth experience for the seller/buyer. We thought selling and purchasing a home would be crazy in this market, but Meredith made this such a pleasant and seamless experience for us. We quickly moved into a home we absolutely love thanks to her effort. Anyone looking to buy/sell should have the chance to experience working with a realtor like Meredith!

Highly recommend the Hannan Moody Team. We felt so confident working with Meredith. Her expertise in the housing market and vast knowledge of all things real estate were evident from our very first meeting. Meredith worked tirelessly with us to find the house of our dreams, right in the middle of the craziest housing market ever! With four weeks until closing, she then turned around and sold our townhouse in two days for WAY over the listing price. Meredith and Kristen were amazing to work with. We put our house on the market just before the country shut down for Covid. The weekend of the open house, they kept us informed with updates of numbers of people through, then with the couple of offers received. We had a buyer bow out not long before closing, due to the uncertainty of their job after the shutdown. This team took it all in stride, did everything they could to re-list our house and kept us calm. We always felt that we were in the best hands throughout the whole process. It didn’t take long to find another buyer and they made the rest of the process as easy as selling a house can be. They even went above and beyond to help find us a nice rental place in record time in that same uncertain market. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for an amazing real estate team.

It was a pleasure working with both these ladies. The hardest thing was to convince my spouse to sell and build again. They made us both feel comfortable and at ease knowing we made the right decision. During the build process they provided so much knowledge and advise that put the stamp on the best decision we ever made was calling on these ladies for help. They are awesome and would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance in selling, renting, and purchasing a home.
