Just because this place is close to my house, I gave my Jacket for dry cleaning $17.00. I went to pick up today and there is enormous amount of lint on it. In fact it has more lint than pre-dry cleaning stage. I inquired about it and I was asked to come back at 4pm. When I got it back second time, it still has lot of lint on it. When I asked about it, the lady said "we do the best we can". Then asked: Can I pay the best I can? No response. Worst Dry Cleaner experience of my life.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Rude and uncompromising. I have given this place numerous chances due to their proximity to my home. They have lost my clothing with no accountability. Decided to upcharge more than double after accepting items with a receipt showing amount due, because they were "heavy" dress shirts, and been generally rude when trying to solve issues. I ll drive out of my way to not use them again.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I took a couple things here to get altered, the women quoted me a reasonable price when I went back to pick it up she charged me 50% more than she originally quoted me without an explanation. Worst customer service, and basically yelling at me for asking why the 50% price increase.

Never had a problem. They do excellent work. She has helped me twice with small repairs and issues. Personable, friendly couple. A little spendy but so is everyone these days.

I have been going to this cleaners for years, but I will never go back. There has been a significant decline in customer service. I would suggest finding a cleaners that values their customers.

Do not use this dry cleaner! Started going here a few months ago when our other dry cleaner went out of business. When picking up our clothes they returned two of my wife's blouses with multiple holes in them. They said that we dropped them off that way and wouldn't reimburse us.

I went there to get a few items done. They had no price list. When I asked them to share the prices they said that the price changed based on the material and that they don't know the cost until after it's done....Never been to a place where they don't have the ability to tell you it's $5 for shirts $6 for pants etc...I just went to cleaners 4 less in Leesburg. Transparent pricing.

I have been taking my dry cleaning here weekly for over 4 years. Lately, I've notice a sizable difference in pricing from one visit to the next for the same clothes. Note for 4 years the price was always within a few dollars of each visit. My last visit I'm told that I wouldn't receive a discount for the same day service? Ok, I always request same day service. There would also be an extra charge for "hair" on the clothes? I assuming she was referring to pet fur? The clothes were no different than any other visit. In the end the cost was going to be twice what i have been paying. Attempting to discuss this proved pointless as this person had no interest in customer retention taking a defensive stance. Ended up taking my business 1/2 mile away, received same day service for half The price. They need a lesson in customer retention, there are plenty of dry cleaners in the area willing to earn my business.

This place has a mandatory $10 minimum in order to use credit cards and the only alternate method of payment is cash - who carries cash anymore in this century?? The prices are not cheap either, and the focus is only on transactions and not at all about customer experience. I would rather find another place to take my laundry than make an ATM stop every other day to make them happy. If you question this policy be prepared for some serious attitude and "customer should know!!" type of responses.

Awful. This cleaners lost my pants, offered to pay for them until they found out how much they cost ($90), offered to perform free dry cleaning instead of paying for them. I received a credit of a less amount, used the cleaners until I re-cooped my loses. Attempted to give them a second chance, months later, was informed someone returned my pants (great!) and then was told I had to PAY FOR MY OWN PANTS. I told them I would not pay for my own pants, and she took them back with an attitude. I asked 'are you really asking me to pay for my own pants that you lost?' And she stated I received dry cleaning as compensation. I wanted money for compensation, to buy new pants. I will NEVER use this place again.

Nice and friendly service, next day service, Same-day service if in by 9 AM. $1.49 per dress shirt.
