Decent store to stop by and grab whatever you need. They closed one side of the store from, what I believe, was people stealing too much. They hired a security guard who stares at you when you walk in and doesn't greet customers. All in all a weird experience for Ashburn.

Bad customer service...but I still go to this location since it is the closest grocery for me.

Fine grocery store with helpful staff. Second entrance has been closed a while and no idea when it will reopen. Deli and seafood are great here!

Everyone you see is ready to help.compared to other store,You wouldn’t see anyone or they would just tell where to get. But for Giant you always get someone who will stop whatever they are doing to go with you to get what you are looking for which have been very helpful so can in quickly and out easily the more reason why I shop there?.

I have been visiting this location for the last few weeks, the selection of produce is good, staff is helpful. Young lady with glasses, who works at service desk is the sweetest of all, always greets with a warm smile and is swift at doing everything.

Apparently, the Giant bonus is not universal. I live in PA, but ever I visit almost anywhere in Virginia, my card nor my phone is recognized. Therefore, I do not receive my bonus points. Why?

Writing this after buying highly-waxed, yet rotting-inside apples. Produce is sad looking in general. On other visits to this store, I have found many expired products on their shelves. There are better options for food in Ashburn
