We've been at this gym for over a year. We started at Hope and it was awful. The instructors here are patient, they provide follow-ups to the parents, they take their time with the kids and the children really enjoy themselves. My daughter looks forward to her classes weekly and I'm very impressed with them.

Last comment couldn't have said it better. Not all kids are the same and coaches need to be more compassionate and invest on their relationships with the kids.

G force is am amazing place, it has amazing coaches and an amazing facility. I am 12 years old and have been there since I was 5 years old. And I still loves it with all my heart. From beginners classes to now a gold level gymnast, on excel/team. I can't wait to go back every day. It is a super clean, loving, and inspiring gym. I always says my coach, is like my gymnastics mom. I have made many amazing friends here to. They give amazing instructive criticisms, and I have moved up so fast. But the coaches also make sure your safe. If you are looking for a gym to help your gymnast grow. I recommend G force 110%!

If your daughter wants to compete at a higher level, do not send them here. Gymnasts receive very little instruction, there is a great deal of gossip, and it is honestly a toxic emotional environment. Additionally, Gforce is much more expensive than other programs ( even JO).and the high monthly fees do not reflect progress and adequate coaching. Communication and consistency with coaches is lacking, and girls do not feel like they are invested in. I do not recommend it, and our time there turned out to be disappointing, to say the least.

We’ve been going here for 2 years. Our experience has been completely dependent on the coach. We’ve had two amazing coaches who we absolutely loved but the past 6 mos have been random coaches and I’m seeing a lot of standing around, little guidance or hands on teaching and very little progress. I would have given Gforce 6 stars if I could have before. Fingers crossed for an improved experience soon, we really do like the facility.

We are so lucky to have found G Force. We attended our first class and felt so very welcomed. My daughter gravitated to everything this gym had to offer and was encouraged to explore and try what she felt comfortable with. You can definitely tell the compassion and interest in the staff and we are so excited to continue attending. The place is so neat and clean and spacious, which as a mom of two is a definite plus. I highly recommend.

The facility is big and spacious and have so much fun n variety of workouts. My kid is almost 6 years and he is loving it. The coach is also friendly and explains all the instructions very nicely.
