Best salon hands down! The staff is wonderful, I have had my hair done by several different stylists and I always leave looking and feeling my best! I also drive over an hour to come to this salon because of how great it is! 10/10 recommend.

Had such a great experience. The team was not only professional and accommodating, but the service was the best i have had in a long time. I came from NYC where i thought was top talent, to find this place, which beyond compares. The scalp massage was incredible and i choose to do color my second visit. All around 5 stars. I also have to note the place was family run and women owned. LOVE.Services: Haircut

I've been a loyal customer of this hair salon for over two decades, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service and expertise of the staff. The professionalism and kindness of the team have made every visit a delightful experience. They consistently do an amazing job, ensuring that I leave the salon feeling and looking my best. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. This salon has been my go-to for 20 years, and I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else.

I love the team at Eclips Salon. They are dedicated artists who not only provide exceptional services, but they are continuously growing their skills through education. There are a lot of salons out there that say they are experts at color, but things change/evolve, and Eclipse is always on the forefront of whats happening in the hair world. Best salon in Ashburn.Services: Haircut

I don't like to write negative reviews but it's important for others to understand the nuances of this salon. I have been a client for almost two years and originally chose this salon specifically because of their stylists "expertise" with color. On the website you will see they have certain "levels" so I chose one of the highest because I have struggled with getting my hair the right kind of blonde for my needs (I have a lot of gray coming in which needs to be managed properly with the right shade of blonde - aka "ash" - the whiter side of the spectrum).I came prepared from the beginning with pictures and clear direction of what I wanted and the first 2-3 times I came to the stylist she never put in enough highlights and I always left feeling "dull" and my hair would turn yellow no matter how much purple shampoo I used. I kept coming back because I liked her personality and each time it was a" little" lighter so I thought we'd eventually get there...Then I had to use a different stylist due to my first one being out on leave. That one did not listen to my issues with gray and suggested I go with a "shadow root" which was a disaster after a couple weeks when my gray came in! She never should've suggested that - she was just moving fast and going on auto-pilot.However, this is when I learned the MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION I want to share with you:The Stylist "LEVEL OF EXPERTISE" is not because of their TRAINING it is because of their SALES VOLUME (I was surprised she shared this with me, but she did). This explains a LOT.To end the story, I did go back to the original stylist a couple more times (I guess I'm a hopeless optimist) until the last time when she allowed her ASSISTANT to decide if my highlights were cooked enough and they were NOT. I could tell as they looked at me at the washing station that there was something wrong, but they tried to brush it off.I FINALLY decided I'd had enough and after lamenting to my friend she recommend I go to The Four Seasons Salon in Georgetown (called "The George"). My new stylist took one look at me, understood the problem was all the low lights they were constantly putting into my hair (which is what turns YELLOW over time because the color fades). He highlighted my hair the ASH COLOR I WANTED, did NO low lights and is working WITH my gray instead of trying to combat it. He was a true color expert who immediately assessed the issue and resolved it.And drumroll please....it cost $200 LESS than going to ASHBURN! It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about how much I've overpaid for my hair over these past two years and you have NO IDEA how much product they sold me! Every time I went there, it was like "Oh, you bought the Kerastse purple shampoo? Hmmm....Redkin is much better..."I never even considered going to a "high end" salon in DC (and yet I was paying more the whole time). Go figure. Also, DC is the same distance I was driving to go out to Ashburn for this "Level 6" service. The hard part about writing this review is I like the people themselves and I know they are doing their best. It's just that their level of COLOR "expertise" is greatly lacking and the audacity for this salon to charge the prices they do (and pass off the LEVELS as EXPERTISE is simply criminal). Now that I look at it all through clearer eyes, I see how YOUNG their staff is which is a complete disconnect from how much they charge and the whole "level" nonsense.Another red flag is the number of BAD REVIEWS when you dig into them (especially recent ones). Also notable that the salon stopped replying to the negative ones and only respond to the positive now. I'd be very aware if you are considering this salon based on all these recent bad experiences by inexperienced and super-young staff. Thanks for listening and good luck with your hair needs (it's a jungle out there ;)

I’ve been going to Eclips since 2003. It’s been a great 20 years! Mallory has been doing my hair for many of those years. As a hair-focused woman I am happy to share that I continue to get compliments on my hair, not just from friends and family, but also strangers! I so look forward to seeing her. In a few words, she gets me. She knows when I want to chat and when I just want to sink into the chair and relax. Mallory also has a keen sense of what I want for my hair. She knows the color process so well! I love her conservative approach to my cut, color, and style. Eclips and Mallory give me the exact experience I want every single time. I recommend Mallory without reservation.Services: Updos

I made an appointment for Super Bowl Sunday for a color and haircut. I was headed to the establishment in the rain I might add. When I received a call that my appointment was cancelled ten minutes before my scheduled time. I guess consideration and professionalism are not things that Eclips stand for. Please LOOK ELSEWHERE for your hair care needs!!!

Yer is the best! I’ve been going to Eclips for several years and Yer always does a fabulous job on my hair. Some back story, my natural hair is almost black, but have been a Blonde for about 10 years. Yer does my highlights (to a “T” - she has a gift at perfection and is passionate about what she does). I alternate between partial highlights and full highlights. I go every 8 weeks getting partial highlights one time and full highlights the next visit. Yer also gives a fabulous haircut. She is so personable. In the past, I’ve gone to many other hair salons and Eclips is my favorite. It’s also walking distance to my house, so it can’t be any more convenient. Thanks Eclips and to Yer for being so amazing every time. Photos from a recent visit. Eclips renovated the Brambleton location recently and it’s very inviting. Their bathroom is very nice. They offer water and snacks during your visit. The reading glasses show that they give you these little covers for the frames if you’re getting your hair dyed.Adding in the photo of the handicap ramp.

Very nice salon. Eboni, a rising star, gave me a shoulder length bob cut and I’m very happy with it! I’ll upload a pic once I take a good one!

I had my first appointment at this salon today for a haircut with Lauren and I'm so thrilled with the results. She listened to my concerns, gave her professional opinion and laid out options, then executed flawlessly. I don't think I've felt this good about my hair in years. Very happy - highly recommend.

Today I went to get my hair fixed and they are now completely and utterly ruined. This establishment has done something to my hair that has never been done before. Today stepped into the store thinking I would leave with a beautiful haircut and my confidence would reach the sky. However it looks like plans were changed and I now have to suffer. My bangs are now horrendous and I hate it. Never going here again.Service: Haircut
