Because of distance, I cannot get here often, but it is superb. New Years class with Monica may have been the most intense and satisfying class Ive ever taken among hundreds the past 20 yrs. Small rooms but the classes are amazing.

Easy Day Yoga is the best start to my day. The practice, the instructors, the studio indeed help make it easier for me to navigate the day. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found this hidden gem. Everyone should take time out for themselves for this practice. It’s truly life changing.

We offer a wide variety of classes and styles to support you in your journey with the practice of Yoga. You’ll find Monday morning meditation classes, both slower and faster paced Vinyasa classes, Gentle, Yin and Restorative if you want to slow things down, Yoga Nidra to really go deep, and Hatha Yoga to build your proficiency.
