My AuPair was in need of dry cleaning services and getting some pants hemmed. Dryy knocked it out in 2 days and it couldn’t have been easier. The shop was neat and clean. Very busy with lots of smiling faces hard at work. I’ll definitely be back.

!!If I could give 10 or even infinity stars I would!!Dryy Garment Care has been a consistent and reliable part of our lives for well over a decade now, and our journey with them has been nothing short of impressive. Our history with this establishment dates back to the days when it was known as Total Cleaners in Reston around 2007. However, we temporarily took a break due to pricing concerns. It was not until 2013, after moving to Ashburn and experiencing the unfortunate closure of Betty Brite Cleaners next door to our house less than two years later, that we decided to return to what had now transformed into Dryy.From the moment we resumed our patronage, Dryy has consistently delivered flawless results. Our clothes always come back impeccably cleaned, and their shoe repair service is nothing short of impressive. The fact that they expanded their offerings beyond just dry cleaning was a pleasant surprise and a testament to their commitment to serving their customers' diverse needs.Before the pandemic disrupted our routines, we found ourselves relying on Dryy for garment care on an almost weekly to bi-weekly basis We could even call early to mid-morning the same day and still get a quick pickup within several hours if he had not finished the Ashburn route and every time they came through. It became such a regular occurrence that the delivery driver would occasionally swing by our house just to check if we had left bags out for pickup, knowing that we'd be in need of their services again. We had one day and one day only where We forgot to bring the bag of clothes out and saw the driver driving away we realized our fault we called the Ashburn Office as we saw this and the Office manager was prompt right away to pull up our pickup info know who was dispatched for that route called that driver right away while we were still on the line and he returned quick to grab the bag we finally put outside. This level of attention to detail and personalized service truly set Dryy apart.Fast forward to October 2021 when we relocated to the far northern parts of Loudoun County, and we were delighted to find that Dryy was still prompt in offering the same great Monday and Thursday pickups. Despite the increased distance, they have continued to impress us with their dedication to customer satisfaction. Garments are picked up early in the morning and returned mid to late morning on the day they are ready, with no hesitation or reluctance to go out of their way to take good care of us.In an era where customer service can sometimes feel like an afterthought, Dryy Garment Care stands out as a shining example of a business that goes above and beyond to ensure its customers' needs are met. Their consistency, attention to detail, and commitment to providing top-notch service have earned them our loyalty over the years, and we wholeheartedly recommend Dryy to anyone in need of garment care services. Great customer service! I have placed numerous orders with Dryy Drop and only once did I have an issue, and even then the company promptly replied, inspected the item and replaced it at no cost! Was very pleased with their response!

If you value your clothing and do not want everything ruined, then DO NOT take your clothes to Dryy DC! I dropped laundry off at the Morse St location and was told they "read the labels" and wash/dry accordingly. Not being one to take chances with getting my clothes shrunk, I additionally sent in several notes through the portal and spoke to the woman at the store to remind her to dry on low heat. When my clothes were returned ALL OF MY ITEMS WERE SHRUNK A FULL SIZE... Lululemon leggings, expensive denim, Vuori & Athleta joggers - all dried on high heat and terribly cared for. At least $700 of pants now unusable. I sent in several messages, left voicemails and never heard back from "Sandy" who allegedly runs the admin office. AGAIN - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES RUINED.

No service, stood in the lobby for 15 minutes, called the number 3 times, sign at the door if there was no staff. Went some where else.

I unfortunately had to stop using DRYY after about 4 years due to over charging and lack of care for my garments.I saw they were hand pressing a Banana Republic shirt, overkill but they followed label instructions. They were quick to address by putting a note in the system at my request not to hand press anything. It seemed great, it was noted right on my receipt each time. Then I noticed that included when they still hand pressed things and then charged me the extra for it. The people creating the bills were not paying attention. I asked them to go back in time and refund the over charges. They promptly did but then it kept happening over and over.On top of that there were ignoring notes about spots needing special attention and I had to return things multiple times. I contacted them twice more but no response, finally had to realize that they have a process issue bigger than they could handle and I had to move on to another cleaner.

Highly recommend Dryy! Working full time, I have limited time for errands. You can conveniently schedule your pick up online and just leave your bag of cleaning on your steps. They text you immediately when they pick up and keep you updated on the process. They account for every piece by itemizing by clothing label so they are very transparent. Prices are reasonable and clothes are well taken care of. Contact Dryy today, get all your dry cleaning picked up and returned quickly!

My experience with Dryy was excellent. I called spontaneously from a number off their business van, (my dryer had broken and I was trying to figure out what to do in the interium until the new one came) and a friendly person answered and set up my appointment in 5 minutes. They did get lost, and intially appeared like they just didn't show up, yet when I called they made it right, picked up clothes and returned them on time, all neat, clean and folded. The price point, in my opinion, is really good too. I would recommend using them and just work through the first-time hiccups because they seem to value customer service.Service: Delivery

I have lived in the residential market and have used them in the urban market with the technology Lockers, even the times when there were minor mistakes made they went above and beyond to make it right. For me it’s about convenience and having the ability to communicate direct with someone if problems arise and dryy garment care provides all of that. I have become a regular!

Horrible customer service, 5 days with my order missing, and I still don't know where is my order and what to do now. A disaster.Update: Sandra helped me to go through the process, and the company refound me 70% of the total cost of the missing order.
