At CVS, I consistently experienced excellent customer service and found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed quickly. Additionally, the pharmacy team was attentive and provided thorough explanations when needed. Overall, my experiences at CVS have been consistently positive, and I highly recommend it for both its products and customer service.

I hope that this store is not the CVS standard. Two times in the past four months my husband has had surgery. Prescriptions were called in for pick up. I called to confirmed that the prescriptions were received and asked when they will be ready. I show up two hours after the confirmed ready time and they are still ready for pick up.This location needs to be reviewed for timeliness. Insurance has restricted his prescriptions to CVS only. This is the closest CSV to our home. We truly wish we had better options.

Forced to use one star.Unreliable service for time sensitive medication. Placed an order and was informed by their app that medication will be ready in the next hour with exact time. Stopped by to find out that I have to wait for a longer time than anticipated as they were busy with other requests that actually came way after me such as vaccine or tests.Called them back to check on time for pick up. Staff was unprofessional, put me on hold without stating the reason for doing it. Elapsed time since I called is about 20min, keep hearing messages to download CVS app which didn't help in the first place to determine pick up time. It should say pick up is at the discretion of the pharmacist.

Wish I could rate it a 0. WORST PHARMACY EVER. I have been on hold for over and hour trying to transfer a prescription. People who answer the phone are rude and unhelpful. I have been disconnected twice after holding for 40+ minutes. No one seems to care about customer service. Get your rx elsewhere. This place is absolutely terrible.

Zero stars CVS no sense of health service operated by rude unpleasant pharmacists and clerks. Thanks to the attitude I won’t stop in another CVS in the next 6 months at least.

Went there today to pickup medication and it happened to be much higher than expected. As I was trying to look into GodRX coupons, the Indian lady who was at the consultation side rudely took our prescription on her counter and started looking into discounts which she did helped but they way she was behaving wasn’t professional at all. Being in a medical facility, she’s can’t be rushing or messing up the prescriptions!! She need to calm down and focus on one client at a time not being all around the pharmacy. I do completely understand they were busy but still, being a patient, this wasn’t expected at all!! Lady at a front desk and right behind her was ready nice and helpful.

Pharmacy is terrible. Scheduled for vaccines, COVID-19 and Flu, was turned away because I don’t have insurance currently.

Great location but not great people working in the location. I had a over counter prescription I couldn’t find it and went to them two times for help non of them helped me. They shoot me to front desk and front desk shoot me back to the pharmacy. The 2 star is more than enough for the pharmacy employees.

If I could give the pharmacy lady a BIG FAT ZERO I would. She was SO rude not only to me but to my husband the day prior. I don’t know what her problem is, but she should find another job if it pains her to help people that much. I wish I could give a name but I didn’t see a name tag on her. AVOID this CVS pharmacy if you can.

This is the best pharmacy in the area! I have noticed that the entire staff at the pharmacy works tirelessly, and they genuinely try to best assist and accommodate everyone.I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I could give 0 star on it.I went to CVS today, using the self checkout. Came up with error on baggage, I was waiting for worker to show up and help. Nobody was there at the cash register. 5 mins had passed, the man cashier came (the one with grey long beard). He helped with my first transection. It was alright. I made the second transection because I wanted to use a coupon. I scanned the item then it was another error. He stand close by, I called for help again. This time he asked me why I didnt scan item? I said I did but it shown error. He kept asking me why I didnt scan the item.Like what the HECK ??? I DID SCAN ITEM, GO CHECK ON YOUR CCTV!!!!!!!! I needed to pay for items. I paid monthly for CVS membership $5 that how I am such a loyal customer for CVS. This man cashier said something to me sounds like I was trying to sneak something out from the store without paying.If someone didnt want to pay. They dont wait for cashier to come help. They walk straight out of the door. OK!Additional: This cashier was coughing while talking to me and another customer. HE DIDNT EVEN WEAR MASK. Mann if you sick, you cough, please wear mask!!!!I understand English was not his first language but please get a training on how to be better on customer service.
