CVS corporate office really need to do something about this place. They are Horrible. With a capital H. Ever month it is the same thing for past 4 months. I speak to someone on the phone , I get affirmative we will order your meds it will be there on Monday. I go on Monday to pickup, I get we don't have it it is out of stock. I argue and said I was promised it will here. pharmacist check fridge and what you know meds in fridge. This time I had enough, 4th time going through this o just can't anymore.

My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy the first week in December 2023 and acknowledged receipt via text on 12/7/2023. It's now 12/27/2023 and they told me they gave my prescription to another patient because my insurance had not approved it yet. They also said they are out of it and have no idea when they will get it back in stock. I called them multiple times. I had a prescription card from the drug manufacturer that I could have used instead of my insurance. CVS referred me back to my doctor. For what? I have no idea. They stopped providing status emails as of 12/18/2023 and decided on their own to disregard my prescription. This is the worst pharmacy in the USA.

CVS - You need to investigate Pharmacy Manager Thoa Le ASAP. All you need to do is read these reviews of this store and see the 1 star ratings and numerous complaints to see why. Closing doors in people's faces, leaving patients crying in pain for hours, and being dishonest are just some of what you will see.I know for a fact that she deliberately sent both my father and my separate numerous calls to the provider line last night while we were having a prescription emergency. She did the same thing to me today as well. When I called from my cell, it went straight to the provider line, which isn't even a viable option for a customer, but then answered immediately when I called from a different number. She did this both last night and today.This level of disrespectful customer service is deplorable...ESPECIALLY when she is dealing with elderly patients like my parents who are in dire need of medication to keep them out of the ER. You have lost a decades long customer. She needs to go before you continue to lose more or someone dies because they can't get their medicine.I see that some of you have had positive experiences at this store, but the majority of us have not. New customers - go to ANY other pharmacy as long as she is managing this one.

The pharmacists at this pharmacy are excellent. They are always willing to provide support and assistance. Whether it's ensuring the immediate availability of prescribed medications or resolving any issues, they go above and beyond to help. Their dedication to customer care is truly commendable.

Myself and one other car was in the pharmacy drive thru line at 5:40pm. Prescription was supposed to be filled earlier in the day. Never got a message saying it was ready. I called and spoke to the pharmacist and she apologized and said that she would make sure to get it filled within 1-2 hours (this was at 4) Realizing it was 5:20 and no text saying it was ready, I decided to drive there. The car in front of us took about 15 minutes at the window. When we pulled up, they closed their window right in front of us. I go inside and the lady that was in the car behind me comes in as well. She asks for a manager. The guy who closed the window on us just looks at us. I ask him for his name. He asks me why I want his name and that I need to be complaining to the pharmacist. We got to the back. They are also ignoring us. Nobody wanted to be helpful, nobody wanted to give their name. Nobody said who management was. What an awful experience and all of this could have been avoided had they just said we are now closed as we pulled up and while I would have been upset as I had been waiting well before they closed, I would have understood. They literally just shut the window and blinds and just looked at us. What I don’t like is the lack of communication and customer service. I’ve worked in customer service half of my life and would never treat customers this way. I plan to go back tomorrow but wanted to leave this here…

Absolutely the worst. The staff is rude. They won't answer the phone. The places is a mess. They are constantly out of medications. Save your self the trip and go the edds lane location.

If you're going to the store, okay (just use the self checkout). If you're going to the pharmacy, good luck. Please read the comments, the pharmacist is rude and unwilling to help. It has happened so many times, but just to mention one event, they've submitted the charges to an insurance that is not associated with us (Medco) and even though we showed her the correct insurance card, she REFUSED to look at it and to enter the correct information in the system. She asked to call the insurance and ignored (multiple times) the fact that we informed her that we have called the insurance and that they had confirmed that CVS did not submitted any charges to them and that the cost to pay was MUCH less than what she charged us.This is not only my opinion, I have heard several people in the neighborhood with the same impression of her rudeness. Wondering if a Regional CVS Manager reads these comments.

Terrible service at the pharmacy every time. Thoa Le is not only incredibly rude and unhelpful, but also has intentionally given misinformation about their stocking and ordering processes just to get us to take our prescription somewhere else (despite seeing the exact medication on the shelf behind her and having already received the medication from here before). Additionally, we have received the wrong product/quantity on numerous occasions — make sure you check the bag before you leave the counter.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an unfortunate incident that transpired at your pharmacy on 06/26/2023. It is with regret that I bring to your attention the unprofessional conduct of one of your pharmacists, Ms. Thoa Le, which has left a lasting negative impression.During my visit to the drive-through at approximately 4 pm on the mentioned date, I encountered an unprecedented level of rudeness and lack of empathy displayed by Ms. Thoa Le. I must emphasize that in all my years of visiting various pharmacies, I have never witnessed such behavior.After waiting in line for an hour, during which I was enduring excruciating pain rated at 9/10, I finally reached my turn at the drive-through. Due to a recent surgery and subsequent bleeding, I was unable to communicate verbally. However, I conveyed my urgent need for assistance to the pharmacy technician present, requesting immediate attention to fill my prescription. I was informed that the medication would be ready within 10-15 minutes, to which I agreed.Regrettably, after waiting for an additional 30 minutes, another pharmacy technician approached me in a confrontational manner, raising his voice and informing me that I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes. Furthermore, I politely requested if it would be possible to receive a single pill of Motrin to temporarily alleviate my pain while waiting, but my plea was completely ignored. Faced with a distressing situation and unable to safely drive to another pharmacy due to the immense pain I was experiencing, I made the decision to walk into the store and seek assistance directly from Ms. Thoa Le.Upon approaching her, visibly upset with tears streaming down my face, I implored Ms. Le to expedite the processing of my medication. To my dismay, rather than addressing my urgent medical needs, she proceeded to engage in a conversation with another staff member at the drop-off area, focusing on obtaining a positive review from a customer on his receipt.I must emphasize the detrimental impact such behavior has on the trust and confidence that patients place in pharmacists and their teams during times of vulnerability. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and understanding displayed throughout this ordeal is disheartening and far from the service quality one would expect from a reputable pharmacy.In light of this distressing incident, I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address and rectify the situation. It is imperative that steps are taken to prevent the recurrence of such unprofessional conduct and to ensure that your pharmacy staff adhere to the highest standards of patient care and compassion.I greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and respectfully request to be informed of the measures implemented to address my concerns. All the one star reviews are legit, seriously this place needs to re think the people they hire, and on another note I know you should Id people buying cough meds… if they look around 18 or younger! But if a clearly over 30 adult is buying them don’t sit there and argue with them… specially if you yourself look 16…. Also Never any medication in stock, this place just needs to do something, but even if higher ups read comments they don’t care as long as they’re making money.

I had one of my best customer service experiences today at your store. I was helped by Saima in a most pleasing and professional manner. Saima went above and beyond her assigned duties to provide a great shopping experience for me. She is a great employee and should be recognized for her professionalism.

The south Asian looking man with long and giant beard is so rude and aggressive. He kept argument with a customer with no legit reason.he ignored other customer and continuously arguing with that customer and almost got into physical with him.

Made an appointment online for a COVID booster and when I came in, they said I couldn't get one because I hadn't made the appointment (also that they didn't have my insurance info that I had also filled out online). I had a confirmation email and everything. The pharmacist had the audacity to say "I'm sorry you're confused". They've truly earned their low rating.
