If I could give them zero stars, I would. I wish I looked at the ratings before walking into this place. Just as I walked in, I walked out with my unlaundered clothes. The person behind the counter had a major attitude problem and huffed and puffed when I asked her a few questions and also said she didn't want to clean my wife's dress because it had some beads on it and was too much work....etc.

They don’t remove stains on dress shirts and they’ve ruined three or four of my husband’s shirts.

I have NEVER had such a great, reliable, professional cleaners like this in my life!!!
Every single piece of clothing I have turned in to them, whether makeup/blood/oil, etc…. and any type of sewing/alterations… has ALL come out perfectly, I swear, these people are miracle workers!!!! And as for the staff???!!! I let them know whenever I come in how much I appreciate their quality service, etc., and every single one of them have smiled, treated me with respect, and appreciation!! Well done, Crystal Brite!!

The lady at the front should stop working front desk for good. Unprofessional behavior consistently, sad that this place is closest to me. Please close shop or change your personnel. Us LOCO folks don’t want you or your service.

They ripped my son custom made suit and when I came back to them their was very rude about I had another suit I took and they didn’t even apologize and was so aggressive I will definitely not return back and don’t recommend this dry cleanersService: Organic dry cleaning

NEVER AGAIN. Aside from being ridiculously expensive, the owner is a complete j**** They did poor alteration work. Don’t waste your time there. I regularly need to get my clothes dry cleaned due to my professional attire. I have never seen more unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the staff, in particular the owner. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.Service: Alterations

Expensive and such rude staff! Both dry cleaning and laundry is the same price ($6.50+). I still can’t believe how rude the lady at the front was! Definitely go elsewhere

Please stay far away from this place. This place is awful.I brought in white dresses and they ruined my dresses. All my dresses turned blue/aqua like how? How is this place still in service when everyone is complaining about the same issue? I don’t even understand how my dresses turned that color?I am so upset I didn’t read the reviews before going to this place.
