I have bought 2 homes and sold 2 homes with Emily and her team at Redwood. When I say this woman is amazing, it's the understatement of the century! She is honest and really cares about her clients. Never have I been so impressed with someone's professionalism and work ethic as I have with Emily. 20/10 would recommend!

This review is for Christine Walker. Christine is professional, competent, and compassionate! Christine has represented me both as the seller and as the buyer. We have done a total of three transactions together. Each transaction had its set of challenges. However, there is no challenge too big for Christine. She is skilled a getting deals across the finish line and ensuring your requirements met. I highly recommend that you buy and/or sell with Christine. She has a beautiful spirit and super easy to work with.

Maggie Gessner sent out these mailers advertising all of the prices of new homes sold in our neighborhood and massively understating the square footage on our homes so we get to look like idiots who paid 740K for 2700 sq feet to our new neighbors in our first months in the neighborhood. When I brought it to her attention, she didn't apologize but instead responded that she listed the "above ground square footages only" but that's not what the mailer said.After talking with a neighbor whose square footage IS accurately stated, I found out that that's not true either. She didn't offer to put that "above-ground" wording on the mailer or reissue accurate square footages but claimed she might change it at some future date. I guess I can change my star rating for the mild insult lab at Century 21 at some future date.

Cindy Adams from Century 21 did an amazing job helping me and my family find out first property. I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and family. Lori Coyne at Century 21 went above and beyond to help find my new home. She is professional with an outgoing personality which made me enjoy my home shopping experience. We drove all over to find the right house. Lori was more than helpful and courteous. She made sure I was satisfied and happy. There were some hiccups along the way but Lori was graceful and patient with me through the whole process and made sure that I would not just settle for anything when I became frustrated. She crossed all the t's and walked me through every single process. I will definitely use Lori for my next home purchase. Lori is awsome and I'm happy that she helped me. I love my new place. Thank you Lori and Century 21 team!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The staff out of this office has very poor customer service. One of their agents sold me my house which was left in an awful state (absolutely disgusting and not broom swept) and did not follow through on their word when they said they would help out with getting it swept.Their lock box was left at my house for almost 2 months after we reached out to have them pick it up. When we finally got into contact with an agent (not the agent that sold the house to us..but now the agent who was taking credit for selling the house), we were threatened that she would send her lawyers after us if we wrote a review (WOW). I called the office to let them know this was happening and I did not get a phone call back for 3-4 days...which happened to be the day I sent an email to their Corporate office.
This is the WORST real estate office I have ever come in to contact with. I DO NOT recommend working with them.
