I went to the bank today, expecting to open a business account smoothly, as I have accounts in other banks and know it doesn't take long. However, the clock showed 4:40, and the employee, without even bothering to glance at me, abruptly yelled to his colleague that it was "almost 5" and refused to assist me. His dismissive attitude and refusal to help, despite there being ample time left before closing, infuriated me. Instead of addressing me directly, he chose to disregard my presence and speak loudly to his coworker, making it clear he had no intention of helping me. This blatant disrespect and unprofessional behavior have ensured that I will never set foot in this branch again.

Went thru tele drive through. Send my money thru the express and waited no one acknowledge after a while i press call button and was told yes we have your deposit but there are other people here will get to you when done. Thats terrible customer service and plus thought teledrive thru suppose to be faster..

Had always been fan of capital one however on my last visit/ transaction I was not only given such a hard time cashing a check but also dealt with a rude teller.

Almost all my money disappeared and the checks I deposited, due to Cameron, are not reflected in my account. Right now I have a serious problem. I hope you help me as soon as possible.

They always are so angry and get frustrated if we make a big deposit. They are not trained well it seems so they get flustered and are mean. I have spend 40 minutes plus just depositing checks and on top of that get yelled and and treated poorly. They are also so rude at the drive through and inside.

Went through the drive through to deposit funds into checking, customer service could be way better, especially when I have been with CapOne for so many years. I’m sure someone will notice when my accounts are closed and they lose my business or maybe not.

This is some of the worst customer service you may ever encounter. Worse than a fast food joint. This reps are incompetent and downright disrespectful. They will ignore your requests. Do not bank here whatever you do.

The worst customer service of any bank by far. Their representative called me about a banking service they were rendering to us and when you question why they have obscure rules that make zero sense, they hung up on me.I will be shutting down 5 of my accounts from Capital One and moving them to Truist. And to do this, I will make sure to go to the very same branch and shut them down.

The staff is always acting unaware of every question you ask them. They need better training for services the bank offers. I always have a bad experience with them.

Had to visit this branch to open up an account and unfortunately did not write down the young lady that patiently took the time to get everything done when we left. The way to have someone's attention is to make an appointment online. Found that out and will continue doing so.

Used the ATM before the branch opened and the ATM kept my debit card for "security reasons". I had to go to work and the branch closed before I was done with my workday so I came back the next morning to get my debit card. That's when they told me they shredded it without ever calling me or trying to contact me. So I had to order a new one that will be here in 2 weeks. Ridiculous policy and nonexistent customer service.

Years ago had a account with this Terrible bank, closed it and moved on to decent bank where you can speak to a human being!When I purchased my present car dealer insisted this was the least expensive way to go- well when no one answers a phone guess it is cheaper! . Will never again do business with them under any circumstances!
