Capital One Ashburn customer service is horrible. I would give them zero stars if that was possible. We were at the branch on 4/27/24 at 11:20 AM. The representatives were rude. They were in a hurry to leave because it was getting to their close at 12:00 PM.

One of the worst branches that I ever visited, I am ashamed to say I am a customer of Capitol one. With such a bad customer service attitude towards customers. Bank Manager is just as awful full of excuses and processes that doesn't make sense. I am seeking to relocate banks... ASHBURN branch is AWFUL!
