Burn Boot Camp is a gym featuring a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. The workouts are very intense, challenging, and awesome, designed to engage your full body. They include circuit training with multiple groups moving from station to station. The trainers are amazing, demonstrate all exercises, and correct form. They provide modified options for everyone, so there is no need to be intimidated at any fitness level. The atmosphere is welcoming, positive, and encouraging with zero judgement. It truly feels like a family and has an awesome encouraging community. The leadership and trainers are amazing, offering personal meetings. Workout times are flexible throughout the day, with several trainings offered. The gym is designed for busy lifestyles, offering free Childwatch and a universal membership for any location. Clients enjoy unlimited 45-minute workouts and see awesome increases in strength and results. It is a great place to be and a great gym to join for growth at all levels, whether just starting out or getting back into shape. Many highly recommend this gym to everyone.
Love this place! If you’re just starting out, no need to be intimidated because there are modifications for everyone (trust me - I use them all!), and there is ZERO judgement here, just encouragement.

Ashburn Boot Camp is an amazing place to get fitness and have fun. I’ve never liked gym before. And I’m glad I’ve found this place! I saw so many results in a couple to months! Highly recommended!!
