I'm so grateful to have found BnB a few years back. I order plain cigars from time to time, and every single delivery has been on time (the one time an item was back-stocked, I was offered an opportunity to pick something else). I love the limited-edition drops as well.

First representative said "oh my god" when I tried to get a supervisor on the phone my order should have been here yesterday and still says it hasn't even been picked up the phone ops have been less than friendly and far from professional
