Went there opened a personal checking account because of $400 cash back offer, they never mentioned there is a direct deposit required when I opened it. After 3 months, they told me I did not meet the requirement so they won't be able to honor it. I will stay away from Truist bank.

I've been with minnie banks but by far this is the worst of the worst I don't even know how they can stay in business. Thank goodness I maintain funds at a different truly full service bank.

The ATM took my card and the teller told me I have to wait a whole week until they can return it. I asked if there was anyone who she could call and she said no.
