Terrible experience, I had to withdraw cash, they delayed sending me the PIN number whole month for with my new card since the old card has expired, so I changed the PIN in the App, the system didn't synch so every time I try to withdraw cash it blocks my card, I had to call their customer support since it was 4th of July holiday and I needed cash, I waited an hour on the phone then was directed to the credit card department at first, then the debit card Dept who said that I needed to speak with the Fraud Dept to get my card unblocked, as it was blocked due to invalid pin number and the pin I created in the app didn't synch, so after I was transferred to the fraud department the lady said your card is already unblocked and you can withdraw, I told her that I am not able to as the AMT still saying it is blocked due to invalid PIN number, then she emailed me instruction to the digital wallet which I already had it set up correctly, but I went and verified and I reset it up again, funny thing I had to delete my card completely from the digital wallet and added back again; however, when I had to enter the security number as displayed on the card the system said it was an invalid number and doesn't match their records, even though it is the one on the physical card, I tried several times just incase I had fat figured the numbers and ensured they were keyed correctly but I was still getting an error saying it was invalid. After I wasted two hours trying to withdraw cash and waited on the phone to talk to customer service reps, then talking to them I am still not able to withdraw cash, I have no choice but to go in person to the branch and spend hour or two to get this very complex-complicated-rocket science issue resolved, what a nightmare!

I am giving one star because is nothing less.Terrible Service , I was waiting in the lobby more than 10 minutes to have someone to take my deposit, it’s like Banks they don’t want to do banking no more, this branch should be closed , very unprofessional service.

Without checking document in detail notary at the branch told they can't do document notarized. I just wanted to notarized of parental authorization for visa where two parents sign in front of notary with ID proof. upon entry of branch 2 people rushed to us for service and with document in had just told need to notarized the document answer was we can't notarized that document. Then notary itself told she can't do without checking document in detail. I think it's time to move on from BOA. Rude people. stay away from them.

Save yourself some trouble, don’t even waste your time to visit this location. They have no idea what they are doing. I have been there twice for simple account service they turned me away. Stay away.

After poor customer service on the phone with Bank of America, visited this branch. Vera Shaker went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right, even sitting on the phone with Customer Service with me in her office for over an hour. Customer service at this branch is top notch!

My experience at this location was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and professional. I went for a quick teller transaction and the associate in the lobby helped me by showing me how to make my deposit using my phone. I really appreciate her taking the time to show me this feature.

One of the busiest branch’s in town by far, but I always feel very much welcomed walking in the door. Staff members are always smiling, super helpful and try to get you in and out in a timely manner. A recurring problem I would point out though, and I’m not sure if it’s the internet or the system BOA uses or whatever it is but it’s always down or working so slow it feels like Windows 98 made a comeback.
