I came for an employer-directed exam and was very happy with my experience here. The waiting room is nice and modern. I arrived 30 minutes early and was on my way home 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.I did hearing, vision, and a blood draw, followed by a visit with the PA. The hearing test was substandard. The room was not soundproof by any means and the headphones would not stay where I adjusted them. The vision test was normal, no issues. The color blind portion of that test was odd though, naming the colors of the letters. I would have preferred to name colors from a paint-style swatch or something. The blood draw was exceptional and the PA was great to speak with.

Wow, this place is bad.I came in for an exam scheduled by my employer for vision, audio, etc. I was the only one in the waiting room and had to wait 37 minutes until I was called back, where I waited another 22 minutes. When it got to the audio test, all I could hear was the staff laughing and yelling in one of their offices and the nurse giving the exam sniffing and coughing. She looked miserable and seemed to have the cold.We had to do the vision test three times. Once on a little board that she handed me, and twice traditionally... Kind of. I stood maybe 4 feet away, and she was confused how I could read the bottom line clearly. After the vision test, she leads me to another patient's room where I see way more than I should. I say something, she freaks out, and brings me back to my room. I wait another 16 minutes. The nurse walks in, sees that I am here, looks confused, and leaves. She comes back 5 minutes later to grab her water bottle.7 minutes later, the PA comes in to do range of motion tests and the mental health bits. She gives me a note for my employer and lets me leave.

Went in because I had the flu and needed to get tamiflu. They asked if they could test me for strep and covid as well. I told them I had no throat related symptoms so I didn’t think it was strep and that I had already taken multiple covid tests at home that were negative. They insisted that I take the tests anyway. I asked if I would be charged for the additional tests and was told no, that it would all be included in the visit, so I reluctantly agreed to the 2 necessary tests, which both came back negative and the 3rd test for influenza came back positive. Today I got a bill from my insurance for $270 with 3 separate lab charges. I called and asked why they were charging my insurance for the additional tests when I was told I wouldn’t be charged for them and they told me: “you’re not being charged for them, your insurance is - so we didn’t lie”.Very shady way of manipulating someone who’s sick into paying for additional unnecessary charges. Do not recommend - go literally anywhere else.

The lady at the desk was so rude but the rest of the stuff especially the NP Alicia Lee was very professional and supporting.

This is NOT a walk-in clinic in the sense that I’m used to. They take appointments and arrange their walk-ins around there appointments… so call for an appointment first or you could be sitting for a while…

I am so disappointed by how my son and I were treated at our visit this morning. Roya, a clinician did not greet us when we approached the reception window but instead told us that there would be a long wait. I asked whether the office still accepted walk-ins and she confirmed that they did. There was no one else in the office so I was surprised that she started our visit like this. Once we went to the exam room, we waited about 30 minutes. When we saw the doctor, she was dismissive of my son's reports about his sore throat which he'd been dealing with for 5 days. We decided to seek care elsewhere. I do not recommend this office.

Very unsupportive staff. They don’t know what they are doing and the lady that sits on the front desk is super rude. I highly recommended not going here specially for immigration purposes. They don’t know how to fill out the form.

I made an appointment at 10 am. First of all the lady at the front desk it wasn’t kind at all. Then they said “ Someone will be with you shortly “ that means you’ll be waiting for at least an hour!!! 11:20 there’s no one.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The office staff is unfriendly and does not use common sense. I had a scheduled physical with Jean Price-Kagan (I had asked for her specifically as she is a great practicioner). Unfortunately, she had called in sick this morning. I showed up and the staff checked me in as if everything was normal...Once I was in the waiting room they told me she was not at the clinic. While they offered me to see a different doctor (I have seen her before and I personally don't like her) the least they could've done was call me to inform me that the doctor I was going to see is not here (and give me the option to reschedule). Not only that, they could've told me she was not here the minute I walked into their walk-in clinic.Yes, I could've seen the other doctor, but keep in mind there were other people waiting and that was not my first choice. As I said, the admin staff keeps rotating (I don't see familiar faces anymore) and the nurses are always new/different.I will not be returning to this clinic and I do blame the admin staff and nurses, not the one medical practicioner (Jean Price-Kagan) who has been great.Another fact, I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances AFTER I left the clinic.I have a full time job and I took time out of my day to meet/see someone for a medical appointment. When the patient is a no-show, he/she gets billed a "No-Show Fee".When the doctor/medical practicioner does not show, the patient does not even get a courtesy call/email ahead of time with an offer to reschedule.Huge disappointment, will need to reschedule and will go find a new family practicioner as common sense and professionalism does not exist with the back office and nursing staff.

All the staff at Ashburn Walk in Clinic and Primary Care are fantastic. My wife needed some TLC this week and Jeanie was able to coordinate all the appointments and follow ups for her visits in double quick time. Jeanie was able to make accurate diagnoses over a Tele Med Call and provide quick feedback for recovery after the test results. We thank you all for the great care and attention you give our family, with special thanks to Jeanie.

Very convenient clinic. Called to make an appointment and was able to be seen the same day. The clinic was clean and everyone was professional. They got me in pretty quickly and the doctor was friendly.

The NP, Jean Price-Kagan, is amazing. This is my new go-to for urgent care in Loudoun.

Great doctors office. Love the professionalism. However the only problem I have with them is they don’t open on time. It’s says open at 8 am, yet I’ll be standing outside for 20 minutes until someone comes to unlock the door
