Dr. Pantín was phenomenal. She took the time to actually hear our concerns and view videos of our pupper during a thunderstorm. She was gentle and gave my pup lots of treats and love. Also extremely informative and shared information in a way that we could understand. Highly recommend. We will be coming back for any vet needs, for sure! Thank you, Dr. Pantín and the rest of the amazing staff!

I have been taking my 2 furbabies to AVAH for 12 years plus. I love the staff and they way they take great care of my two as if they are their own. In regards to my dogs health many speed bumps have arisen and they were all handled without stress. God willing I'm praying for many more years with my furbabies and many more great experiences with Ashburn Village Animal Hospital. Love you guys!

It is very hard to put in words how special this place is. Starting with the front desk staff and I am not going to mention their names here because I do not know all their names, but I know they are all wonderful. And Dr Keenen and Dr Pantin are not only the best vet doctors that I know, they are the best human beings. They go above and beyond to help us, to comforter us, to provide the best services, to listen to us, to accommodate our needs. THEY DO CARE! I believe that one of the best things that I did for my pets is to put them and in Dr Keenen and Dr Pantin hands. Nowadays, it is very hard to find a doctor that put their heart first and treat us as humans and not only as a business. Yes, being a doctor is their job and they are supposed to do what they are being paid to do; I get that. However, they are not paid to have empathy, to care in a very high level, to be our therapist and help us to heal when needed, but they do that and much more. My experience with Dr Keenen and Dr Pantin is just priceless. There is love in this place and in the both doctor’s heart. I can’t thank Dr Keenen and Dr Pantin enough, because they did things to my baby Chiara and my baby Vida that I was sure that I was the only one able to do it as their mother. I strongly recommend this place to you, if your really care about your pet and believe that they deserve the best. I see this place as an investment in your pet, not an expense.

It's ALWAYS a pleasure to go to Ahlshburn Animal Hopsital. I have been taking my lovelies there for 25 years now. I wouldn't DREAM of taking them anywhere else. PERIOD!! They ALWAYS have courteous, professional, knowledgeable Vets AND technicians. They genuinely care! X

Dr. Pantin and the entire staff are amazing! Will not take my cat Kitana anywhere else but here. They’re all so caring and will treat you and your fur baby like you’re a part of the family.

My dog’s eye was causing him a lot of discomfort and I thought he might have scratched it, so I was urgently trying to find a vet open. They stayed late to check out my dog, and found the discomfort was from a tumor in his eye. They referred me to a specialist for further testing. The entire staff at Ashburn Village Animal Hospital was very friendly, helpful, and comforting with the tough news I had just received. I would highly recommend this office, as they truly care about animals.

I just had to put my cat down, and the vets ( Dr. Kennen and Dr. Pantin) were so sweet and caring. I shouldn’t just mention the vets, because the whole staff was so sweet and really empathetic. I left really sad obviously, but I felt at peace because things went so smoothly. I’m so thankful for their care of my boy Tim in his final days.

The front desk staff is extremely friendly are very knowledgable about all things pet related. And if they don’t know the answer they make sure to get an answer from one of the vets. The techs are very professional and caring for Kitty. They take good care of him and treat him with dignity. Sometimes they also give him a nice treat! The vets are all very nice and know what their doing. They make good recommendations on better pet care and they actually care about each animal. What I find the best about this place is when I ask which service is more important for Kitty to have done (because I have a low budget so I can only afford one service at a time typically) the staff doesn’t try and get me for the higher cost, but they actually tell me which service is more important for Kitty’s health no matter what the cost — high or low. I’ve often find that they end up recommending the service with a lower cost but has more benefit for Kitty’s health given the current circumstances. They always weigh the pros and cons with me. Great staff all the way around!!! Highly recommend this place.
