This location does not exist in Ashburn anymore. I went here since Google had it listed as "Open" until 5pm, and it was still listed on the company website. But I could not find the store and when I called they said that the nearest location is in Leesburg across from the outlets.

Very positive experience. I brought in my Dyson animal Which wasn’t turning on. I received an estimate within four hours, and was able to pick up my fixed vacuum in less than 48 hours. I highly recommend!

So, this location has a UPS access point associated with it. This review is not for ACE services, but building customer service.I arrived at 9:48a to find out the store didn’t open until 10a (ok fine, so I’m a little early).10:15a - nothing.10:30a - nothing again.10:35a - a gentleman shows up, claims to be the supervisor and yet doesn’t have keys to open the office with UPS packages.10:46a another gentleman arrives and questions the fact that I’m waiting for UPS as “everyone has a key”.56mins I stood and waited for an associate to open the store. Another 15mins I waited to have them “find” my package.“Kevin” apologized for the delayed opening and tried to blame it on the weather. BS.I pray I never have to come to this location again for anything. Their unprofessionalism has delayed my entire day and they seem to have not a single concern.

I came here for the first time tonight with an emergency situation. Kevin couldn’t have been more helpful and saved the day! He fixed our vacuum, found an extra part I needed, provided the right bags, good to go in the morning! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Ace Vacuums!

This review is for Ace Vacuums on Waxpool Road and for Kumar who assisted us. Our Dyson vacuum just broke (and it was time for a new vacuum). We did some research online ourselves & came up with 2 models we were interested in & wanted to test. We called ahead to ensure the models were in stock. Kumar explained he had vacuums on the floor in the models we asked about & could test them. We arrived shortly after & tested both. Kumar explained the differences between the two, gave us honest answers to our questions, explained that he didn't have boxed models in the store that we wanted but he would pick them up from another store & bring them to us. We ended up taking one of the models he had boxed in the store (just a different color, no big deal). There are several Miele dealers in our area. Honestly, we chose Ace Vauums because they are close to us & had pretty good reviews. Kumar made the experience wonderful (not always true with vacuums). He is attentive, knowledgeable, responsive and thoughtful. I hope we never need our vacuum repaired but if we do, I am confident we'll be well taken care of by Kumar at Ace Vacuums. (And yes, I am a real customer. I was just this impressed with the service we received & yes, this is exactly how it happened.) In fact, I was so happy, I came home & vacuumed the whole house - including baseboards with the baseboard attachment. And I hate vacuuming!!

My brand new vacuum was clogged and within minutes Kevin fixed it and it showed me a few things that I did not know about my vacuum. He runs an honest business!

Stay away from their online store... they will take your money and never ship you anything. I have emailed and called to get an update on my order and they never respond. It's been 2 weeks now, POOR customer service, I have to contact my credit card company to get my money back. SHAME ON YOU Ace Vacuums!
