My technician, Marvin Toliver, went above and beyond to get my internet reconnected. He replaced equipment in the pouring rain and made sure I had the best signal possible. He also took care to tidy up the wires and trench them. Very Impressed!

Haven’t had service since last week. Tech support can only walk through unplugging the router and then the will escalate the ticket to someone during business hours. Doesn’t help over a holiday though. Looking for any other option than this service.

All i can say is they want there money on time but the internet is always having issues they need to give some kind of credits.
