Very rude and not helpful at all, not willing to help out when there is a family emergency.

I would have given a NO STAR rating because that is the rating of the customer service there. They obviously dont realize that most people move on the WEEKEND when they aren't open.

About Colleen Self Storage
It is my pleasure to tell you about our self storage business. We are privately owned and have an office open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for those of you like things to be more personable. Or if you are too busy during those hours, we can handle everything over the phone and by e-mail. Our units are secure with a 24 hour camera surveillancence. There is also an automatic gate that is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., then locks at night for added protection to your belongings.
