Returning an item took more than 30 minutes. There were many people waiting and clearly there was a mismanagement in the processing and timing on returns. To make the matters worse, they were randomly letting people use the purchase lane to return items.

I have long been an admirer of Zara’s products; however, the quality of customer service in their outlets, particularly this specific store, leaves much to be desired. On numerous occasions, my visits have been marred by interactions with sales representatives who exhibit a lack of enthusiasm for assisting customers. While I am hesitant to make assumptions about their behavior, I can’t help but wonder if my skin color might be influencing their demeanor, as I am brown-skinned.Such treatment feels demeaning and is utterly unacceptable. I had initially chosen to remain silent, but the consistency of this poor service compels me to speak out. This ongoing issue indicates a serious problem, whether it be a glaring lack of professionalism or, even more concerning, a potential issue of racism within the staff.I strongly urge Zara to take immediate action, providing comprehensive training to all employees who interact directly with customers. It is vital that every customer, regardless of their background, feels welcomed and valued in your stores.

Its a damn shame this place thinks its too good to sell clothes to larger individuals. Body shaming as a corporate policy is a hell of a way to turn away money and alienate people.
