Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, increase flexibility, cross train, or all of the above, our programs help you achieve actual results. We offer 12 different class types including our signature Xtend Barre class, Bounce, Pilates, TRX, HIIT, to name a few.
I’ve been coming to XBA for about a year and a half and I LOVE it! All the instructors and front desk staff are so sweet and friendly, and there is truly a sense of support and community that’s not found at most gyms. All the challenges and activities and celebrations are so motivating and fun.

These classes made me want to exercise! The place is chic, so well kept, the instructors are motivating and the overall vibe of the place is simply amazing! cannot recommend it enough :)
