Worst customer service, we went there to change the owner contract and try to find a plan for a new owner at the apartment and the guy said that he couldn't provide us with prices we could go online and see. We would not go to Xfinity store to waste our time if the customer service says that we can find info online. I will cancel my contract for sure and find another provider, Xfinity became expensive and increase the prices without notification. Plus the worst customer service. Not good at all. Thanks for nothing!!!!

After a lot of calls and emails, Comcast came through and honored my promo rate. It took way too much effort and time, but I appreciate that they actually came through in the end, so I guess I won't have to find a new provider.

Believe the reviews. It was definitely worth the drive from DC. I got in and out in 2 minutes for an equipment swap. Kendall, the manager, was extremely helpful and efficient. He assisted another couple before me just as quickly.

They demand you return the Flex box even though you never signed up for it and they foist it upon you without consent. A no return results in charges.Closest store is 10 miles from my office, I work until 6pm, rush to arrive by 7pm closing. Traffic in NOVA is a disaster so I arrive at 7:01pm. Two employees just on other side of glass. Both see me with Flex box in hand. All I need to do is drop off and they scan it in. Less than 1min. They refuse to help me.I hate Xfinity/Comcast.

Came to this location to drop my equipment off, I was in and out within 5mins.I also had a few questions about my services, the sales associate was very detailed and helpful.

My appointment was at 115. I walked in at 109pm. I came to swap out my old modem for a faster one and then update my plan. I walked out before 120pm with everything done. I live in DC. I got home before 145pm. The store in DC has nothing on the speed and quality customer service at this location.

Terrible service. Unnecessarily forced to go to this store by web site to complete order. Waited over 45 minutes, while they took everyone else before me and after me. Left without being waited on since they were arbitrarily taking customers out of order. Avoiding Xfinity from now on.
